I booked Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue for my boss’s solo business trip, and it was a very satisfactory experience overall. The hotel is conveniently connected to PIK Avenue Mall, which made it easy to access a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and other amenities without needing to travel far. This was especially convenient after a busy day of meetings. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a practical workspace suitable for catching up on emails or work. The overall atmosphere was quiet and professional, making it a good option for a business travelers who values comfort and convenience. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free. The hotel also has useful facilities such as a fitness gym, swimming pool, dining options, and a 24-hour front-desk Business Centre. Its location is particularly convenient for travelers with appointments in the PIK area, and it is also within a relatively short drive of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Overall, this is a reliable and well-located hotel for a solo business stay in Jakarta. We would consider booking it again for future business trips.

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

First of all, im grateful that you've upgraded my room to a connecting room since I reserved a different type of room. ketika saya bilang kamar satu lg minta didekatkan cuz im staying with my kids. You offered me a connecting room with an upgraded room without any charge. I'm so grateful thank you. And also, nice pool & playground. However, I'm really sorry to say that I'm kinda disappointed staying at your place though, since it's a 4 star hotel. Handuk yang tidak lagi putih dan sudah agak bau, check in yang super lama, banyak sekali guests yg datang setelah saya masih belum dapat kamar hingga jam 5 sore. It was chaos. Saya sengaja check in di jam 3 hoping the room is ready krn kami mau main sore kepantai. Unfortunately.. saya masih harus menunggu another 30 minutes cuz the room is being cleaned. Ketika di jam 3.30 kami menanyakan kembali kamar kami, ternyata baru satu kamar yg ready. Kamar satu lagi kami masih harus menunggu another half hour. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah variety of your food breakfast. Not much of a choice. Roti pun tidak ada panggangannya dan hanya ada margarine, chocolate dan blueberry jam. Pastry dan doughnuts yg habis dan lama sekali di refill. Juga main course yang habis dan juga lamaaa sekali di isi ulang. Btw, kami di arahkan breakfast di lantai bawah, krn ruangan resto utama penuh. But I didn't expect the food to be so average for a 4 star hotel. Please take care of your hotel cuz my kids loves your pool and playground. Looking forward till the renovations are done.

This location is perfect for golfers! Golf, F&B, wellness…..are all within 20min vicinity, no typical Jakarta jam! The property (seems so for most Mercure hotels I stay recently) is a little old and outdated though……shower, tap, dispensers…..all seem to be falling off or not working in good condition anymore….. Personally, I feel compensated by the nice course view from my room though…..

Excellent service, friendly staff. Felt welcomed. Breakfast was also great and everything was smooth and pleasant. Overall a very good stay. I like how the location is near to north Jakarta and away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Less jam. Grab was convenient and there was also a grab locker outside. Would have loved to explore the place more but it’s ok.

I asked for a high floor but was given a 5th floor. When I came in the room smell of smoke. I could not sleep the 1st night. I asked for my room to be treated for non smoking and it was better so I decided not to change rooms. It was too hectic to move my things around, plus the lift took a really long time if I stayed higher up. The breakfast was so so. There was no porridge which I was looking for. The service was ok, can’t charge food to the room like they’re so afraid I will run and not pay. Location is definitely good if you plan to hang out in north jakarta only. Overall, my stay was average. Rooms need to be updated, quite old and dark and no mirror except in bathroom. Can’t even do make up coz it’s sooo dark.

Very helpful staff,  friendly and good location to stay inside Ancol. We spent the days in Dufan amusement park, Atlantis waterpark and easy access to some restaurants nearby within walking distance. Perfect for families.

Location is near Mall MOI, but you still have to use online transport. Check in fast, check out fast. Receptionist is kind and good explanation about bottle water in room, room was ok, bed too soft, pillow too soft and hv bad smell..

En general, fue una experiencia agradable, y seguramente me quedaría aquí otra vez en mi próxima visita a Jakarta.

Grear price point and loved the exec lounge. Unbelievable value for a suite + lounge access with spirits offered. Didn't get to use the pool as it was always filled with loads of kids splashing about, but I guess it is a family friendly property afterall. Target market is local tourists. Breakfast was sufficient, but could be improved as I have stayed at cheaper properties with better spreads. Good late night street food nearby, and should also note that the hotel is attached to a mall, albeit very rundown with many businesses closed within the mall. All in all, still a great value accom.
