Hoteles en Lombok con desayuno

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. El Sea Shell Hotel Gili es un hotel pequeño y acogedor donde nos quedamos durante dos noches durante nuestro viaje a las Islas Gili. El hotel está situado en la isla, en lugar de directamente en la playa, pero el océano está todavía a una distancia fácil de caminar sólo a una breve caminata a la izquierda de la isla. En vista del tamaño de Gili, la ubicación es realmente muy cómoda y tranquila. La habitación era muy grande con una cama muy confortable, perfecta para relajarse después de un día en el sol. En general todo estaba limpio y bien mantenido. Aunque puede ser más ecológico, personalmente me siento un poco más cómodo cuando el agua potable viene en botellas selladas. El hotel tiene una gran piscina que parece agradable, aunque no hemos terminado usando cuando estás en Gili, nadar en el océano se siente como la opción obvia. El desayuno era probablemente la parte más desapontadora de la estancia. Hay un menú, pero en realidad no hay muchas opciones para elegir. En la segunda mañana, alrededor de la mitad del menú no estaba disponible cuando intentamos ordenar, y no se dio explicación. Amsterdam - Buen café cerca del hotel :) al final ordenamos nuestro desayuno allí En general, el Sea Shell Hotel Gili es una opción decente si busca un lugar tranquilo para permanecer con habitaciones amplias y un buen baño.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

El ambiente es muy bueno, hay mosquitos en la habitación y la fiesta es un poco ruidosa por la noche. Pero la relación precio/rendimiento está bien. Puedo recomendarte que te quedes aquí la próxima vez. Sin embargo, está lejos del puerto y requiere un carruaje tirado por caballos, lo cual es un poco caro. La señora de la recepción es muy amable, pero hay un tipo llamado Razal que está pidiendo mucho dinero, así que necesito evitar esta trampa.

* If I'd let everything pass smoothly in my review, I wouldn't let this resort pass the 5 stars claim because it's not 5 stars as they claim! The satff are the heroes there. Without them I'll give 1 star review to everything. It really sadness me not to leave 5 stars for this resorts. I have to be honest to all the people who follow my reviews here and other platforms. I visit 30 - 40 different locations around the world annually and review them honestly as a professional reviewer. - The start: We're couple, we arrive 2 hours eatly not to check in but to drop our 2 small bags there and come back later in the day to check in. The lady at the front told us they only have a room with 2 single beds! A very bad start, especially since I booked 1 queen bed for a couple (where'sthe common sense?). The lady later said the room will be available after 3pm (I said, I'm only here to leave my bags for a few hours and check in later). She gave a a room with 1 queen size bed. The room was absolutely atrocious. A big gap in the door, a few geckos left poo on the bed (as seen in the photos) and it's a very old room (level 2, siff stairs, not for anyone with back problem or any type of injuries) and you have to walk literally 7 minutes with rough ground that will break the wheels of your luggage. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation. They gave me another room (Bangalow). - The new room: The room was ok (definitely not 5 stars hotel/resort). The bangalow consists of two rooms adjacent to each other with a door in between can be unlocked from both sides for a family (can be one room and two rooms at the same time). I could here the neighbours conversation clearly including their toilet time! So, no privacy if it's your priority (luckily I had people next door only for one night). The bathroom/shower is outdated and needs renovation. No pressure in the shower and had fast drips instead of stream/spray. The toilet seat was hard stained glue or someone's shoes, and the outdoor shower is even worse with the moss growing on it (as all can be seen in the photos). Gym: No gym, no fitness room or any of that sort. They said they are planning to have one... then how did they get 5 stars ranking since they never had a gym on site? It's a requirement to have a gym to obtain 5 stars hotel ranking. Their 5 stars was received through a local body (we all know how things work here). Their 5 stars isn't your global 5 stars. - Breakfast/Dinner Breakfast is below average as in quality and presentation (not 5 stars). A 3 stars hotel must have 4 continental dishes. This resort/hotel had only 3. This would place it below even 3 stars. However, the staf there are absolutely amazing and super helpful. They are the best you can get anywhere. I pointed a few things to the breakfast manager and she handled everything like a champion. All staff are excellent except the reception (they are good but needs some training). - The hotel/resorts in general: Good, interesting, staff are amazing. I understand it's the first resort in the area, but it's outdated and aged badly. The walk from your room to lobby is 5 -12 minutes walk depending on where you are (I measured everything). The walk from your room to outside it took me 18 minutes (and I'm a fast walker and athlete). I don't mind the walk but try to walk in the rain and heat (it rains every day here). - The view: One of the best views you'll get around sunset. The resort has some breathtaking corners where you'd appreciate nature and culture. That itself deserves my credit. - Would I book here again? It's a tough one. Maybe I'll go eat there especially dinner but I don't think I'll sleep there. During my visit to Lombok so far I've tried 5 different resorts (real 4-5 stars) and for the price I've paid here isn't worth it. I hope this review helped you my fellow traveller, and i wish the hotel/resort get their things better to pay them another visit and give them a better rating.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, habitaciones limpias y confortables y una buena piscina. Muy pintoresco lugar. El desayuno tampoco era malo, y tienen bicicletas disponibles para alquilar. La ubicación es muy buena si no quieres estar en una zona ocupada y alta. ¡Sólo se prepara para conseguir un caballo traído al hotel y desde él con su equipaje para el check-in/out haha, en realidad! Se recomienda si está buscando una buena estancia en frío.

Yo estaba aquí por mí mismo, pero no me sentía triste y solo porque Ari como jefe de lugar son realmente hace mi humor mejor jugar los juegos de cartas jugando la guitarra y cantando juntos ve y en este lugar puedes encontrar un Excursión y salon y ¡Restaurante! Realmente recomenda que te quedes aquí Siento como una casa

Made this booking in May 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. No complaints about that. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, gorgeous swimming pool and a decent tiny kitchen. However I am not so sure if it is maintained regularly. When we arrived, we were given the wrong set of keys for BOTH the main gate outside the house and also the door to the house itself. For a good 4 to 5hrs, nothing was locked. We were also assigned to the wrong room. We made the booking based on the photos on Trip.com and I always make comparisons to other travel sites for the same resort. What I thought I booked turned out to be a completely different room. This is annoying and it is the 2nd time this has happened on Trip.com. Perhaps they should stick to the room names and photos similar to the ones the resort uses instead of placing the same pics on every different room. There is no hot water in this resort. I cannot believe a beautiful resort like this has no hot water for showers. So we resorted to boiling hot water from the electric flask but when we did so, there was a power trip and this happened at midnight. I had to find the DB and turn the switch on. No problem on that but still a grave inconvenience. Rubber stopper for the tub doesn't trap water. So overall, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is really really far from anywhere. There are no eateries or restaurants nearby and Tiu Kelep is 2hrs away. Nearest Gili is about 1.5hrs away depending on traffic. What you will see is shop houses, mills, bike shops, very industrial feel to the surroundings. But the staff was excellent. Despite all the troubles and issues, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. We have nothing but gratitude to them especially Mr Handri. Decent guy and super trustworthy. Such an asset for Ombe to have him there.
