Hoteles en Lombok con desayuno

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a small and cozy hotel where we stayed for two nights during our trip to the Gili Islands. The hotel is located inside the island rather than directly on the beach, but the ocean is still within easy walking distance — just a short walk to the left side of the island. Considering the size of Gili, the location is actually quite convenient and quiet. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bathroom was also quite big with good plumbing — hot water was always available and the water pressure was strong. Overall everything was clean and well maintained. One small thing that felt a bit strange was that we were given only one towel per person. If a place positions itself as a hotel rather than a guesthouse, it would be nice to have at least two towels per guest. Another detail we didn’t love was the drinking water system. Water is provided in a jug rather than sealed plastic bottles. While it may be more eco-friendly, personally I feel a bit more comfortable when the drinking water comes in sealed bottles. The hotel has a large swimming pool which looks nice, although we didn’t end up using it — when you’re on Gili, swimming in the ocean feels like the obvious choice. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. There is a menu, but in reality there aren’t many options to choose from. On the second morning about half of the menu was unavailable when we tried to order, and no explanation was given. Amsterdam - Good cafe near the hotel :) in the end we sorted out our breakfast there Overall, Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a decent option if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with spacious rooms and a good bathroom. It’s not perfect, but for a short stay on the island it worked well enough.

Voy a empezar con lo positivo. Amber se encuentra en una hermosa ubicación en una playa privada sin nada alrededor. Los senderos están llenos de plátanos en flor y plantas de piña. Usé el spa todos los días mientras estuve allí. Todos los tratamientos fueron maravillosos y en un ambiente tranquilo. El personal fue muy amable desde la recepción hasta los pasillos y en el restaurante. El restaurante tenía muy poco personal el sábado por la noche para la cena de barbacoa. Los camareros eran geniales, solo necesitaban más manos en el suelo. Parecía que el gerente del restaurante se sentaba frente a su teléfono todo el tiempo. El hotel está muy orientado a la familia y no me di cuenta de eso en el momento de la reserva. Niños corriendo y gritando todo el día. Los padres, la niñera y el personal gritaban a los niños que corrían salvajemente todo el día. En el desayuno, el almuerzo, la hora de la piscina y la cena, eran varias familias que simplemente dejaban que los niños corrieran por todas partes. No hubo ningún momento tranquilo en la piscina para leer o relajarse. En un momento dado, el domingo había 12 niños pequeños en la piscina. El único día que no fui a la piscina porque estaba muy llena. Me encanta la habitación cuando me registré, pero eso se desvaneció rápidamente. Muchos mosquitos en la habitación. Maté al menos 10 a mano y cada vez que salía rociaba la lata de veneno que dejaban en la habitación. El baño tenía un olor terrible todo el tiempo. La ropa de cama estaba sucia, sucia, no manchada, estaba sin lavar. Dejé el letrero de la habitación limpia en la puerta todo el día y pensé que cuando regresé de mi masaje habrían sido las 4:30 y no fue así. El edredón estaba cubierto por la manta y nunca se cambió desde los huéspedes anteriores. Tenía marcas de sangre que no habían sido lavadas durante quién sabe cuánto tiempo. Me mordió algo en la cara por la noche alrededor de las 3:30 am y mi cara se hinchó. Encendí la luz pero no pude ver ningún insecto. Me dolió mucho. Le dije a la recepción a la mañana siguiente y me dieron un ungüento para ponerme. Estuvo inflamado durante días y muy doloroso. Tenía expectativas de que hubiera sido increíble, pero no lo fue. Mi comida estuvo deliciosa, el personal del restaurante fue muy agradable y amable, el spa fue genial, pero la estructura del hotel tiene mucho en qué trabajar por el precio. Llevo dos meses en Lombok y nunca había visto tantos niños pequeños. Si se hubiera anunciado como apto para niños, habría elegido otro lugar. Incluso en el momento de la salida, una familia también se iba y 2 de los 3 niños estaban llorando y dije que había niños gritando y llorando cada hora durante los 3 días que estuve allí. El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones Por el precio hay muchas mejores opciones en el sur de Lombok.

Nos alojamos con tres niños en una habitación comunicada. Las habitaciones y los baños están limpios. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, pero no es un problema. El personal es amable. El servicio de limpieza responde muy rápido. El desayuno se adapta más al gusto local, aunque tienen muchas opciones occidentales como croissants, pan, cereales, panqueques, gofres, etc. La piscina es increíble y está muy limpia. Podemos ver a los limpiadores limpiar la piscina todos los días. Tienen 3 o 4 piscinas diferentes con diferentes niveles de profundidad. Se ve a niños y adultos divirtiéndose. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la playa de Tajung Bias, que está a 5 minutos a pie y tiene una bonita franja de restaurantes y paseos a caballo para niños a lo largo de la playa.

Good value room for 4 people. Got a two choice of pool either rabbit jump or the original hotel own. Bfast selection was so-so. IMO not worth to pay additional 100k/person for bfast.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, habitaciones limpias y confortables y una buena piscina. Muy pintoresco lugar. El desayuno tampoco era malo, y tienen bicicletas disponibles para alquilar. La ubicación es muy buena si no quieres estar en una zona ocupada y alta. ¡Sólo se prepara para conseguir un caballo traído al hotel y desde él con su equipaje para el check-in/out haha, en realidad! Se recomienda si está buscando una buena estancia en frío.

Yo estaba aquí por mí mismo, pero no me sentía triste y solo porque Ari como jefe de lugar son realmente hace mi humor mejor jugar los juegos de cartas jugando la guitarra y cantando juntos ve y en este lugar puedes encontrar un Excursión y salon y ¡Restaurante! Realmente recomenda que te quedes aquí Siento como una casa

Made this booking in May 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. No complaints about that. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, gorgeous swimming pool and a decent tiny kitchen. However I am not so sure if it is maintained regularly. When we arrived, we were given the wrong set of keys for BOTH the main gate outside the house and also the door to the house itself. For a good 4 to 5hrs, nothing was locked. We were also assigned to the wrong room. We made the booking based on the photos on Trip.com and I always make comparisons to other travel sites for the same resort. What I thought I booked turned out to be a completely different room. This is annoying and it is the 2nd time this has happened on Trip.com. Perhaps they should stick to the room names and photos similar to the ones the resort uses instead of placing the same pics on every different room. There is no hot water in this resort. I cannot believe a beautiful resort like this has no hot water for showers. So we resorted to boiling hot water from the electric flask but when we did so, there was a power trip and this happened at midnight. I had to find the DB and turn the switch on. No problem on that but still a grave inconvenience. Rubber stopper for the tub doesn't trap water. So overall, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is really really far from anywhere. There are no eateries or restaurants nearby and Tiu Kelep is 2hrs away. Nearest Gili is about 1.5hrs away depending on traffic. What you will see is shop houses, mills, bike shops, very industrial feel to the surroundings. But the staff was excellent. Despite all the troubles and issues, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. We have nothing but gratitude to them especially Mr Handri. Decent guy and super trustworthy. Such an asset for Ombe to have him there.
