酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。

I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

good points : superb hotel quiet and clean, 200m from the beach, beside the pedestrian street with all restaurants and coffee. the swimming pool is small but enough to refresh. Bad points : check-in 16h00 to 20h00. check out 8am to 11am... you get 19h max but you still pay for 24h.... opening of swimming pool in the morning when you need to check out. and really too few parking places..... in season, you need to turn in the area untill you are lucky enough to find one. yes, i know, you can do nothing about it, but that's a fact.

Room was comfortable, housekeeping actually really made the room! Some hotels have been so slacked at this, so it was a great surprise to come back to. Free parking, not far to walk to LA Cité. The bunk bed and single bed configuration was great for children.

Estupenda relación calidad precio, la habitación tiene un tamaño pequeño y el desayuno no tiene demasiada variedad pero por lo que pagamos la noche, ha sido una fantástica opción. Amplio aparcamiento y el personal de la tarde y mañana fue muy simpático.

The hotel was perfectly situated literally just outside the old city walls of Carcassonne. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well kept. The facilities were excellent at the hotel and the terrace was the perfect setting for ending the day with sundowners. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking a trip to Carcassonne.

Vivimos en este hotel como un paso en Narbona, muy fácilmente accesible para llegar a los ejes de carretera, a 5/7 min del centro de Narbona en coche. El hotel es más que correcto para el precio, recientemente renovado para pasar a un nivel de 3 estrellas. La habitación es limpia, nuevo baño. Un buen hotel de paseo. El hotel se encuentra en el centro de una zona comercial, pero permanece tranquilo y tranquilo. El desayuno es correcto y diversificado.

Ample, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

La zona de la ciudad es muy agradable, pero muy agradable, pero muy cerca del aeropuerto, 20 euros de taxi desde el centro de Carcassone y 10 euros al aeropuerto. La habitación doble estándar era buena, limpia, adecuada. Y tuvimos un duvet! Una luz, justo para el tiempo en el momento. El servicio era bueno, el desayuno era super. Un poco estresado aunque en el momento indefinido de la llegada del taxi al aeropuerto por la mañana. Reservado por receptor. Pero en su totalidad bueno y gran valor! 👍

La reserva y el pago se realizaron con antelación, y el check in sólo estaba a 15h. Sin embargo, cuando llegué a la puerta estaba cerrada y no había nadie para entregar la llave de la habitación. Esperaba del lado exterior un tiempo junto a otros invitados que no podían entrar. En un momento, llegó un par de invitados que habían conseguido los códigos para acceder al hotel y al lugar donde estaban las llaves. Mi suerte fue que estaba allí cuando eso sucedió, porque yo llamé al hotel y nadie me respondió. No recibí ese código de entrada, ni siquiera el hotel tenía mi email y teléfono. Además de esta situación horrible para entrar en el hotel, hay que comprar el kit para limpiar la cocina en la recepción. La ducha del baño funcionaba más o menos y la limpieza no estaba 100% buena. La única ventaja que vi en el hotel fue la ubicación.
