Everything was perfect – 10/10 stars! The guesthouse has a beautiful design and decoration. The location is great, just near Füssen Old Town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle, and she kindly provided us with cups and tea bags. Even when we accidentally broke a cup, she handled it very kindly. We are truly sorry and very thankful for the hospitality. They also provide bathrobes and towels for the free sauna, which was a nice touch. Our room was very spacious, with a small living room and bedroom. The highlight was the long balcony with a peaceful view. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the morning sun in the room. There is also air conditioner & heater in the room & bathroom which is very good to control room temperature. Water heater& water pressure in bathroom was good too. We really wished we could stay longer! Breakfast was a nice European selection with good variety. On-site parking is €5, which is reasonable, but it would be even better if it was free for guests. Thank you for everything – it felt so warm and welcoming to stay here. We would love to come back again!

We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous with separate sitting area, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and complimentary water in the mini fridge. But the real stand out here is the shower - wow! The power! Amazing! All of the staff were really friendly and sociable. The food in the restaurant in the evening (shakshouka) was delicious and a really impressive choice of breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. There's also a tram stop outside that will take you directly into town if you don't fancy the 10-15 min walk.

Estaba muy limpia, bien mantenida y cómoda, con una cama agradable que ofrecía un gran sueño nocturno. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a poca distancia de la estación de tren y la parada de autobús del aeropuerto, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para los viajeros. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. A pesar de esta cuestión menor, tuve una experiencia maravillosa en general. El cozy lobby y un excelente servicio hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Por el precio, fue absolutamente lo que vale la pena, y definitivamente me quedaría aquí otra vez. Altamente recomendado! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from Neuschwanstein Castle and right by the beautiful Alpsee. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, with thoughtful design and great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—plentiful, high-quality, and with a great variety to suit every taste. It really exceeded my expectations. Overall, I would strongly recommend Ameron Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re here for the sights or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this place is a perfect choice

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences! 

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Es war alles sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden war stark verfleckt, auch auf den Sitzmöbel waren Flecken. Der Rest der Wohnung war sehr saubrr. Dad Petsonal war sehr freundlicj und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Muy recomendado Fuson este hotel, excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren; el hotel envía sus billetes de autobús locales a Fuson, conveniente para viajar; el hotel es limpio y cómodo, todo el personal es entusiasta y amigable, vestido de ropa tradicional, cálido y bonito! El desayuno es rico, toda la variedad, el entorno es elegante!

El hotel está situado justo al lado de la estación principal, a sólo 100 m de distancia. El antiguo museo de la ciudad y el Museo de St. Mang está a poca distancia. El hotel (como todos los demás hoteles de Fussen) ofrece una tarjeta de transporte que cubre la transferencia gratuita de autobús desde el terminal de autobuses (exterior a la estación de tren) al centro de entradas de los Castillos, que está a sólo 10-15 minutos de Fussen. Será una buena opción para los viajeros que se quedan sólo por 1 o 2 noches con planes para visitar el castillo debido a la proximidad a la estación de tren y el terminal de autobuses.

he hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey. The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests. The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
