What a great hotel and staff working there. Super friendly and kept greeting us and giving us tea and coffee in the lobby. We also got breakfast included and the breakfast was great. The room was also super clean and modern. Extra fun was the little cute robot that came and delivered the food to the room. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

由於預訂得比較匆忙，一開始還有些擔心體驗不好，沒想到親友入住後都非常滿意，稱讚這裏環境優美、服務周到。 酒店雖不在城市，但周邊道路暢通，出行便利。看不到邛海，但其實離邛海很近，酒店擁有獨立的院子，規模比較大，園內有亭台、池塘，建築風格古雅，還有多處休閑區域，可以在院子裏曬太陽喝茶。房間寬敞整潔，工作人員態度友善，早餐也不錯，最喜歡的還是這個院子，非常適合悠閑度假，住下來慢慢玩。

訂了兩個房間，雙床房乾淨衞生，設備齊全，服務態度不錯，有求必應。值得一提的是我們想到來旅遊，早上吃當地到特色早餐，所以並沒有選早餐，可早上客服人員還是給我們準備了早餐送到房裡，開車途中餓了又堵車派上了大用，必須點贊👍

Highly recommend the West Virginia Courtyard! The guesthouse is cozy and clean, has hot water, and the service is excellent. The owner gave a guide of recommendations to do in the area, chatted with us, and showed us nearby places to eat. It’s also an easy walk to get to 邛海 if you decide to watch the sunrise in the morning.

More like a resort than hotel. Huge private property really easy to get into and parking outside or underground. Outdoor restaurants, beautiful pool, several restaurants on the premises. Professional, welcoming, staff go out of their way to help with anything. Room super spacious and clean as a whistle. I stayed two nights earlier at Holiday Inn and it was an absolute filthy dump. The Clarion was Five out of Five in every category and just about the same price as the Holiday Inn. Don’t even need to think about it - Clarion for sure

夜瀾房的落地窗是真的落地，不是那種半截窗，躺在床上就能看到全景，這個設計很懂住客想要什麼。水果送的當季李子，雖然不是特別甜 但是確實新鮮我也喜歡吃這種帶果酸的水果 。床墊必須得重點説一下腰背完全貼合不懸空，也不是那種很硬的床，睡一整夜腰背都很舒服，推薦。

Cada vez que viajamos, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y hay desayuno, pero el desayuno no era antes bueno. Ha habido un buen café de la mañana. El servicio sigue en el lugar. La única cosa que no está satisfecha esta vez es la higiene, la limpieza no es cuidadosa, me sorprende a la tumba, no es exactamente eso. Pero el servicio de atención no es bueno, es muy sincero.

Everything was very nice. We asked and they pucked us up from the West Train Station. The man was waiting for us when the train arrived. The only thing I didn't like is that smoke was coming through the ventilation system from other rooms. Chinese people smoke very much and it is not easy to find a smoke-free place.

這次來西昌住西昌中心智選假日酒店，整體體驗特別舒心，不管是商務出行還是旅遊小住都很合適，值得推薦。酒店位置選得很好，處在市區方便的地段，周邊吃飯、買東西都很近，出門就是公交，去邛海、火把廣場這些景點也不算遠，不用繞路，出行省心又省時間。 另外酒店還有自助洗衣房、免費停車這些實用配置，對出門在外的人來説特別方便。全程沒有糟心的地方，設施正常、服務到位、環境整潔，性價比在同檔次裏算很能打的。 整體住下來很滿意，沒有踩雷，也沒有多餘的麻煩事，下次再來西昌，依然會優先選這家。
