Очень комфортный небольшой отель рядом с латинским мостом и с историческим центром. В отеле небольшие, но чистые и комфортные номера. Было очень приятно, что персонал учёл наши пожелания и дал нам номер с балкончиком с видом на латинский мост. Скромные, но очень вкусные и сытные завтраки. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал и их человеческое отношение. Сотрудники очень вежливые, отзывчивые, входят в положение гостей. Например, нас заселили раньше установленного срока без доплат и даже покормили завтраком, потому что мы поделились, что всю ночь были в дороге. Также сотрудник потом помог нам с такси до аэропорта. Обязательно выберем этот отель ещё раз при последующем посещении Сараево.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Buen hotel. Bien ubicado en el casco antiguo de Sarajevo. A poca distancia de la mayoría de las atracciones principales. La habitación era un poco ruidosa debido a la proximidad a la carretera principal, y no estaba seguro de si la gente podía mirar por mi ventana desde la calle, ya que solo estaba en la primera planta. La habitación también era un poco oscura debido a la tendencia actual en los hoteles de no tener una luz central en el centro de la habitación. El desayuno era bastante bueno por la mañana, con una gran variedad. El personal fue muy atento y nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi para ir y volver del aeropuerto.

I like the hotel very much. It is a little bit out of town you have to catch a tram. The Riverview is actually a view of a cesspool. The room was nice but the carpet needs to be changed. Service is good they really try except for the girl that works in the pool area with the blonde hair and the ponytail. Extremely rude at 10:00 when I was swimming she told me to get out of the pool. Who says that? She needs to be taught some hospitality manners. Beware this is a dry hotel for some reason unknowns to me other than the allergy to money they don't sell alcohol. I think the hotel is halal . Don't expect pork for breakfast. It's the closest hotel to downtown that has a swimming pool. The swimming pool is nice the gym is nice food is actually very good for breakfast other than not having pork products. If you don't like the juice with sugar asked for juice with no sugar they'll make you one I would stay here again. By the way they give you small 8 oz bottles of water they're glass mine broke and almost cut my toe get rid of those stupid glass bottles they might be environmentally friendly but they're heavy and they're small and they break.

Отель в целом понравился, всё чисто и безумно приятное отношение от персонала, все очень добродушные и такие хорошие! Номер уже не первой свежести, были нюансы, но всё компенсируется шикарным персоналом! Также на крыше отеля есть ресторан, с него открывается шикарный вид на город, фото приложу.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Ubicación conveniente, apartamento grande, alojamiento independiente

Este hotel está cerca de la antigua ciudad y caminable para acceder a algunos lugares interesantes. El aparcamiento del hotel no es muy claro y la carretera de acceso es muy estrecha para conducir. El lobby parece demasiado confuso que no corresponde al índice 5-star.

Что понравилось: номер чистый, расположение удобное, от отеля можно добраться пешком до интересных достопримечательностей. Вид из окна также был красивый, т.к. отель находится немного на возвышенности. Завтрак был вкусным и разнообразным, можно 100% что-то для себя подобрать. Что не понравилось: интерьер старенький, очень мало розеток и они в неудобных местах. Воды в бутылках нет, кулеров нет - ближайшее место где можно попить это купить банку колы в вендинге на первом этаже. Регистрацию после заезда производят долго, у нас забрали паспорта до самого утра (в других местах такая процедура делалась за 15-30 минут). Урны в номере нет. Точнее есть одна, в которую стекает вывод кондиционера. Очень странно, но ладно. Зубных щеток также нет.
