Very friendly and attentive staff! Location is perfect as well. Very near many of the highlights in Sarajevo. It is in the old town and a 5 minute walk at most from the Latin Bridge and a 10 minute walk from city hall!

Pequeño hotel muy limpio y con rico desayuno. Desde el hotel hasta el casco antiguo hay que bajar una gran cuesta, unos 500-600 metros, pasando por un cementerio, pero es seguro y el camino es luminoso. Regresamos después de cenar y vimos a dos policías patrullando.

I liked the hotel. It is quite cheap and housed in beautiful building. No lifts, and you might have to climb to the second floor (friendly staff helped with the luggage). Hotel parking too small, an alternative - easily accessible, but way overpriced public parking, probably the most expensive in Sarajevo. Cannot recommend hotel if you travel by car

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Bañera y spa sorprendente La única preocupación es el tiempo de desayuno y el servicio que se presta al cliente. El servicio es 0. Necesita ser mejorado y el personal necesita ser bien formado y comprender lo que es el servicio al cliente.

President Hotel has a perfect location，-Just 1-3 minutes’ walk to the Latin Bridge and Old Town， -5 minutes’ walk to the cable car station，10 minutes’ walk to the Yellow Fortress， Transportation costs €20from/to the airport， €12from the main bus terminal， Also, Hotel staff will help call a taxi for you. They are so nice and polite. 5 minutes’ walk to the ，airport bus stop The breakfast offers a good variety of food，The room is clean and spacious，with plenty of space on both sides of the bed—perfect for placing chargers, phones, handbags, etc. The overall room size is generous

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

Nice ubicación: ya he mencionado el centro comercial y los tranvías que pasan justo al lado del hotel, también hay supermercados, ATMs y cafés cerca. Un hotel de la era soviética con un encanto antiguo que necesitaría una renovación seria. Después el riesgo sería que se pierda esa atmósfera vintage de ”Guerra Fría”. Mi habitación era espaciosa pero un poco ruidosa porque fue construida en una época en la que el aislamiento tenía poca importancia. Mi reserva de trip.com no apareció hoy, pero se resolvió en 5 minutos. La zona alrededor del hotel está abandonada pero es fácil aparcar. El desayuno es bastante normal y el personal está en piloto automático. Sin embargo, por 35€ la noche, la experiencia valió la pena.
