I couldn't fault the staff and ease of check in/out. All very pleasant saying hello or goodbye every time we passed. I loved the location as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. A minute walk to Blue Church and very close to some good restaurants and the Nivy bus station, a 15 minute walk. It's about half an hour walk from the train station. ( Bus 61 from airport to train station €1.20 each for a 30 minute ticket. Journey takes approx 20 minutes. Buy tickets from yellow ticket machine at bus stop and validate the ticket when you get on the bus) We had some great daytrips on Flixbus to Vienna and Brno. So very conveniently located It was also good value for money. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but you could pay around €11.60 each They did have a fridge near reception with drinks and snacks. I was happy with the location of the room as it is described as an internal room. It was relativity quiet. No street noise. Maybe the odd noisy resident but they are on holiday. Not a problem at all. It does look like the hotel owners are slowly trying to modernise the place as the private bathroom / toilet was clean and the shower was adequate with plenty of hot water and modern flooring there was a hairdryer, soap and towels. ROOM 101 The room had a TV with local tv channels. There was an option for Netflix which we came across by accident so if you have an account you might be able to watch Netflix. We didn't bother. There was a kettle with cups, glasses and a couple of sachets of coffee./ green tea. A unit with hangers (not really a wardrobe) but it was OK and a chest of drawers in the hallway against a locked door. I do like a fridge which was clean and a bonus as I wasn't expecting the room to have a fridge. The main bedroom itself seemed large enough until you tried to get into the double bed ( two singles pushed together) Old tired divans. This room might be better as a twin room with two single beds against the wall, left side /radiator, the other, with one bedside cabinet in the middle of the two beds with one lamp. This would give enough room to get in and out of each bed more comfortably. The absolute worst thing was the carpet! It is old and filthy with threads exposed. It needs ripping up and nice flooring laid, similar to that in the bathroom would be lovely. It was filthy behind the fridge, the edges under the radiator and worst of all was under the bed! I've never seen so much dust/ filth in a hotel room before. Maybe because there just isn't enough room down the right hand side of the bed to clean properly! It's inaccessible! The pillows and quilts were also stained but I only saw this when I took the covers off just to help the cleaners before we checked out. I know they say you get what you pay for but I've slept in cleaner youth hostels I have still given it 4 stars because of all the other good points. Staff /location. The carpets can be replaced or at least deep cleaned.. Don'

La ubicación es grande como es en el centro de la ciudad y puedes caminar básicamente a la mayoría de los lugares sin incluso utilizar el transporte público. Además, no hay muchas cosas positivas que decir, ya que las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas (pero limpias y con todo lo que puede necesitar incluso cocinar una comida sencilla) y las paredes son tan finas que puedes oír todo lo que está pasando en la próxima habitación, y no sólo esa. El sábado no podíamos dormir durante la mayor parte de la noche, como un grupo de chicos decidieron beber y no se importaba mantenerlo en silencio (aun después de que mi novio golpeó su puerta y les dijo que trataba de dormir, esto fue alrededor de 01:00: A las 00:00 y siguieron hablando y gritando hasta casi las 02:00 cuando finalmente decidieron salir a beber). La mañana siguiente, le dijimos a la chica en la recepción que lo habíamos hecho y ella dijo que estaba realmente triste y que habría hablado con su gerente para darnos un descuento sobre nuestra estadía para hacerlo. Lamentablemente, esa fue la última vez que vimos a esa chica (estuvimos otras 3 noches y nos preguntó el número de habitación y nuestros contactos) y nunca oímos de la propiedad hasta hoy. Al final parece que se sientan tristes por usted pero no se preocupan ni prestan atención a su trabajo, cuando les dije que nos habíamos despedido temprano, me pidieron incluso que pagara una tarifa por ello porque no se daban cuenta que me pidieron una salida temprana y ¡No un inicio de check-in! En otra ocasión tuvimos que dejar entrar a la gente porque habían llamado al número para que la puerta se abriera por minutos, pero no había nadie en la recepción, cuando la chica finalmente llegó podíamos ver que lo que la detenía de responder era que ella estaba. hacerse una taza de té (o lo que beba...). Sin duda pueden mejorar sus habilidades de personal cuando se trata de personas y quizás intenten no parecer tan molestos por los huéspedes porque tienen que interrumpir sus llamadas personales o porque quieren tomar su bebida. No es una experiencia agradable y no volveremos ahí la próxima vez en Bratislava!

La estructura es muy central, se encuentra cerca de la puerta de San Michele y desde la estructura puede girar el centro a pie. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, hay cocina equipada con todo, lavavajillas, cocina, eje y hierro de horno, baño con secador de pelo y dispensador con jabón y espuma de baño. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y listo para ayudarte por cualquier necesidad. Hemos aprovechado la actualización al reservar con Expedia, así que hemos tenido una habitación más grande y nos han honrado de una botella de espuma. Cambiarán las alfombras después de dos noches. ¡Consejo!

I stayed two nights in February, the hostel was clean, spacious, light and quite cozy. The hostel feels little bit like a huge flat with many rooms, it has nice and calm/chill atmosphere, I felt there like at home, which I really appreciated. In the big ”living room” there two big tables with chairs (perfect for playing board games), sofa with armchairs and bookshelf with armchair in the corner. In the living room there is always tea/coffee to make, that's very pleasant. There is also a small kitchen, suitable for cooking. Toilets and bathroom were clean and ok. I liked the bed, it was comfortable and didn't make any noise when moving. Rooms are very very spacious. I would like to thank once again to the host, Rado, who was so kind and sent me by a post (for free!) things I forgot in the hostel:)) Next time in Bratislava I'm definitely choosing this hostel again.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

El hotel moderno y nuevo con habitaciones muy calientes (va a apreciar en los días fríos) a una distancia de caminar del banco nacional y a 20 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren.Hotel ofrece aparcamiento a un buen precio (durante el fin de semana hay una opción para estacionar en la calle gratis) y desayuno por 10-15 Eur. El personal también es muy amable.

Hay estacionamiento por 20 euros al día ... alojamiento pero desayuno recién hecho ... convenientemente conectado al hotel como un centro comercial ... también un parque infantil

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

Hagamos una larga historia, corta: bonito hotel en la calle principal, sin ruido en el interior, camas muy cómodas, todo es limpio y brillante, muy buena cerveza y comida, buenas opciones en el menú, si aún no ha probado el vineero schnitzel, El hotel está situado a unos kilómetros de Outlet Parndorf, la próxima vez en la zona, estoy seguro de que reservaré una habitación en este hotel. Buena elección para un buen precio!
