Acabamos de llegar de unas vacaciones en Bratislava, alojándonos en el hotel Crowne Plaza, y no nos queda más que dar una excelente opinión en todo lo referente a este hotel. Trato exquisito de todo el personal, y en particular de Eugenio que nos atendió en la recepción desde el primer día. Excelente profesional . Las habitaciones y el resto del personal encantadores. Lo recomendamos al cien por cien.

Muy bien ubicada en el límite del centro histórico, dividido en varios edificios, donde están las habitaciones, el restaurante del desayuno y la recepción. I stayed two nights in February, the hostel was clean, spacious, light and quite cozy. The hostel feels little bit like a huge flat with many rooms, it has nice and calm/chill atmosphere, I felt there like at home, which I really appreciated. In the big ”living room” there two big tables with chairs (perfect for playing board games), sofa with armchairs and bookshelf with armchair in the corner. In the living room there is always tea/coffee to make, that's very pleasant. There is also a small kitchen, suitable for cooking. Toilets and bathroom were clean and ok. I liked the bed, it was comfortable and didn't make any noise when moving. Rooms are very very spacious. I would like to thank once again to the host, Rado, who was so kind and sent me by a post (for free!) things I forgot in the hostel:)) Next time in Bratislava I'm definitely choosing this hostel again.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad con una cafetería en el portal. Muy limpio, coqueto y con los servicios necesarios para hacer una parada en Bratislava. Quizás la única pega el exceso de calor en la casa.

Un hotel de estilo apartamento sorprendente, situado en la antigua zona, no muy lejos de la estación de tren, hay trenes que pueden llegar, la ubicación es muy buena, las atracciones también están a la distancia de la caminata.
La cocina y el cuarto pequeños, el cuarto de baño están limpios y cómodos, muy recomendado.

Náš pobyt v tomto hoteli bol veľkým sklamaním. Izba, ktorú sme dostali (číslo 202), mala neumytú vaňu a veľké škvrny na gauči. Fotografie nezodpovedali realite. Navyše, izba bola plná nezvyčajného hmyzu, ktorý sme objavili za posteľou, za gaučom a na posteli. Moja priateľka mala po celom tele viditeľné štípance. Ďalším nepríjemným prekvapením boli technické problémy. Kľúč v kúpeľni sa nedal pretočiť a nebolo možné zamykať dvere, rovnako ako prepnúť sprchu vo vani. Najviac nás však sklamala komunikácia s manažmentom. Na naše následné emaily sme nedostali odpoveď. Táto nedostatočná reakcia a nezáujem o riešenie problémov hostí je neprijateľná. Bohužiaľ, na základe našej skúsenosti tento „hotel“ neodporúčame nikomu, kto očakáva aspoň základnú úroveň čistoty a služieb. / Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room we were given (number 202) had an unclean bathtub and large stains on the sofa. The photos did not match reality. Additionally, the room was full of unusual insects that we found behind the bed, behind the sofa, and on the bed. My girlfriend had visible bites all over her body. Another unpleasant surprise was the technical issues. The bathroom key wouldn’t turn, making it impossible to lock the door, and the shower in the tub couldn't be switched on. The most disappointing aspect was the communication with the management. We received no response to our follow-up emails. This lack of response and disinterest in resolving guests' issues is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we do not recommend this ”hotel” to anyone expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and service.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Appartamento nuovo e molto grande in una posizione silenziosa a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bratislava! La struttura mette a disposizione un parcheggio coperto al costo di 19€ al giorno, noi ne abbiamo usufruito e abbiamo fatto bene perché i parcheggi in strada adiacenti all’appartamento erano tutti al completo! Consigliato!

UUsuario invitadoMy boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

TTINGKUNUbicado en el río Danubio, está un poco enfrente de otros hoteles, pero se tarda solo 15 minutos en caminar hasta el Puente OVNI y 20 minutos en el casco antiguo. Desde la puerta para hacer las herramientas, aproximadamente media hora hasta la estación de tren, es relativamente conveniente. El hotel tiene una configuración estándar de 5 estrellas, no hay demasiadas deficiencias especiales ni obvias. El desayuno es relativamente rico y el sabor no es malo.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and I like that there is no carpet in the room.
The bathtub had consistently hot water, it was nice.
Breakfast was okay, with basic selections for this price range of hotel.
The car park has a residence rate for overnight parking, but it doesn't show anywhere; you need to ask the front desk.

HHenrik HHay pro et contra a este apartamento. Comience con pros. La ubicación es la primera posición. 5 minutos de la estación central de autobuses y 10 minutos de la antigua ciudad. La comunicación con Ambiente es realmente buena. Y luego el apartamento es absolutamente espacioso. El baño es bueno, hay agua caliente y hay una máquina de lavar y lavar pó. El paseo en la caja fuerte es espacioso y bien equipado con espacio de armario. Y así son cons. Sin tener la menor objeción a Ikea, es incomprensible que uno elige los artículos más baratos y que no se ha hecho nada para el decoro del apartamento. En el salón, la mesa de café tenía desperdicios y una sola bola sin pantalla apagada. La televisión no funcionaba debido a la debilidad del señal mientras el Wi-Fi era bueno. Además, sólo hay un techo de iluminación y, por lo tanto, no hay luz sobre la mesa de cena. La cocina abierta funcionó bien y había cocinas totalmente adecuadas; sólo faltaba una máquina de café. En el dormitorio la cama doble está muy baja al suelo, pero de lo contrario está perfectamente bien incluyendo la ropa. UUsuario invitadoI couldn't fault the staff and ease of check in/out. All very pleasant saying hello or goodbye every time we passed. I loved the location as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. A minute walk to Blue Church and very close to some good restaurants and the Nivy bus station, a 15 minute walk. It's about half an hour walk from the train station. ( Bus 61 from airport to train station €1.20 each for a 30 minute ticket. Journey takes approx 20 minutes. Buy tickets from yellow ticket machine at bus stop and validate the ticket when you get on the bus) We had some great daytrips on Flixbus to Vienna and Brno. So very conveniently located It was also good value for money. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but you could pay around €11.60 each They did have a fridge near reception with drinks and snacks. I was happy with the location of the room as it is described as an internal room. It was relativity quiet. No street noise. Maybe the odd noisy resident but they are on holiday. Not a problem at all. It does look like the hotel owners are slowly trying to modernise the place as the private bathroom / toilet was clean and the shower was adequate with plenty of hot water and modern flooring there was a hairdryer, soap and towels. ROOM 101 The room had a TV with local tv channels. There was an option for Netflix which we came across by accident so if you have an account you might be able to watch Netflix. We didn't bother. There was a kettle with cups, glasses and a couple of sachets of coffee./ green tea. A unit with hangers (not really a wardrobe) but it was OK and a chest of drawers in the hallway against a locked door. I do like a fridge which was clean and a bonus as I wasn't expecting the room to have a fridge. The main bedroom itself seemed large enough until you tried to get into the double bed ( two singles pushed together) Old tired divans. This room might be better as a twin room with two single beds against the wall, left side /radiator, the other, with one bedside cabinet in the middle of the two beds with one lamp. This would give enough room to get in and out of each bed more comfortably. The absolute worst thing was the carpet! It is old and filthy with threads exposed. It needs ripping up and nice flooring laid, similar to that in the bathroom would be lovely. It was filthy behind the fridge, the edges under the radiator and worst of all was under the bed! I've never seen so much dust/ filth in a hotel room before. Maybe because there just isn't enough room down the right hand side of the bed to clean properly! It's inaccessible! The pillows and quilts were also stained but I only saw this when I took the covers off just to help the cleaners before we checked out.
