It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

We chose Aro Palace for our trip to Brasov first and foremost due its excellent location, about 10 minutes away (walking) from the main square in the old city center, Piata Sfatului. We had a very good 4-night stay, although when we arrived we were disappointed because the hotel and the rooms are somewhat dated (both the furniture as well as the walls, carpets, decorations etc) and didn’t look as new and fancy as we would have liked. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and quickly solved our requests, so in the end we decided the pros outweight the cons and managed to have a lovely time. The rooms are large and comfortable, if you look past the dated aspect, and they are equipped with everything a 4-star hotel should provide its guests. A few things here though: 1) our room did not have enough outlets, and none was available next to the nightstands - perhaps this is something the management could take into account for the next renovation; 2) there is no information in the rooms about the room service menu or the hotel amenities - I think having that sort of information available via a smart TV like most modern hotels have nowadays would be a big plus. 3) there is no place to leave towels and bathing suits to dry - the hotel has an optional room cleaning policy, which is quite nice and thoughtful to the environment, however, without a proper way to dry towels and bathrobes so that they can be reused, you are forced to ask for these to be refreshed daily. 4) the rooms and especially the bathrooms should be cleaned a little bit better - this is subjective, but in my opinion, comparing to similar hotels in the same price range I’ve stayed at, others do a much better job at cleaning mold and grime from all surfaces. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good, quality ingredients and excellent coffee - definitely better that similar hotels in the same price range. The rooms are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, which is nice but also quite surprising, due to the contrast with the old-fashioned decor. We didn’t use the spa but we visited the pool - there are actually two, a small one for kids, that seemed to be heated, and a larger one, very decent size, that starts at 1.3 meters and reaches 2+ meters in depth at the far end. The spa & pool are not reserved for hotel guests only, and when we visited there was a group of people taking swim lessons and some college kids hanging around. The elevator takes you directly to the pool, which is good because you don’t need to parade in your bathrobe and slippers through the main lobby (unlike other hotels). As a downside, the pool area could be cleaned better as well - the small pool had areas on the bottom where black grime was visible between tiles. The hotel has 4 elevators, which meant we never had to wait for more than a few seconds. The WiFi had decent speed and coverage throughout the hotel. Nice clean hotel although I'd prefer closer to the city center. Restaurant was good with other options not in the immediate area. Excellent breakfasts. Room was clean and comfortable. The location away from the city center is the only reason that I'd select somewhere else.

Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas, lo haría! El edificio mismo está situado en el lugar perfecto en Brașov, no podía pedir mejor! Es lleno de carácter y encanto, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y el decoro se ajusta perfectamente al encanto del hotel! ¡En cuanto a las camas, son muy suaves y cómodas, me dormí como en una nube! También comimos en el Loft de Wagner y fue la comida más deliciosa que hayamos tenido, me alegra mucho que no hayamos decidido comer en uno de los muchos, muchos otros lugares, habría sido una vergüenza perder esta joya! ¡Nos encantará que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos a que nos ayudemos Desde el Loft de Wagner - Sorina, la chica con muchos tatuajes y la chica con pelo rosa, así como el hotel recepcionista (largo, cabello marrón y brazaletes), fueron espectaculares! ¡Espero que obtengan un gran bono, que definitivamente lo han ganado! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! No puedo esperar ahora para ir a Casa Wagner en Sighisoara en la próxima vacación!!

Primer problema encontrado es de pararse en el nivel de la residencia, no de parking, ni de depósito minuto.... Le tout dans une rue très passante... on se gare sur le trottoir comme on peut, bloquant les piétons, super... récupération des clés de l'appartement et des clés du chaînes pour le parking plus loin après dépôt des bagages dans leur local. Suite no reservada a la altura de nuestras expectativas, vista de corta, lejos de los 70 m2 anunciados, viejo, parquet retamé, muebles cansados, en realidad dos habitaciones con una puerta comunicante. Ni siquiera un simple cocinador para café... Desayuno servido en otro hotel de 100m, no superior en absoluto, productos de los más simples, jugo de fruta de primer precio, charcuteria y queso de los más simples. Pouco de frutas, no de productos lácteos aparte de un queso blanco esquecido, que de la felicidad... una impresión al total de’amateurisme et d’obtimisation, se méfie de belles images proposées sur les sites. Es cierto que está situado en pleno centro, atención a la cruzada de la carretera, sin embargo. Con un poco de investigación, sin duda mejor en otros lugares.

I’ve been there with my mom for a weekend and I break my tooth in the pork scratchings. The restaurant supervisor was nice and apologetic but the head Chef accused me for having bad teeth . He also told me that he’s having some food ingredients that he’s buying them from other providers and he’s not responsible for it. He kept the rest of pork scratching over night in white bowl wrapped in cling film and told me that the scratchings are soft ( after it got softer over night ) .It looks like nobody knows what to do and I’ve been treated like nothing happened. I’m just curious now after what happened with my broken tooth if someone with a bad allergy is coming and something will happen, they will act on the same idea like they did to me ? Never go back to that place
