Really nice hotel, was incredibly clean. Only issue we had was the walls were seemingly paper thin, and lots of people were drunkenly shouting. We called reception to ask if they could ask them to quiet down at around midnight, rhe noise continued until 1am. I went and asked reception again if they could speak with the noisy guests, but instead of speaking to them they just said we could change rooms. When it's 1am, you've already unpacked and only staying for one night; repacking and unpacking again isn't ideal. Did ruin the stay to be honest. Not the fault of the hotel that other guests were being loud, but would be nice if they'd have actually spoken to them instead of just offering to change our room in the middle of the night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was small but comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom really needs a good clean with bleach to remove the black mould around the bath/shower. It's a bit out of the way with no other options for meals except at the pub the hotel is attached to. The food from the pub is okay, nothing special and expensive. Out of the 3 meals we had there (2 dinners and 1 breakfast) every one was missing a main ingredient. Our lamb kofta came without the yoghurt and mint sauce, the mixed grain hallumi salad came without the mixed grains or the hallumi, and the breakfast berry yoghurt bowl came wiht one strawberry sliced paper thin and no muesli. Every query came with a ”sorry about that - we're out”. The one good thing was plenty of parking.

Ahora Post COVID (Octubre 2022), los menús de servicio de habitaciones están en la habitación y es el espacio público, un servicio muy necesario y perdido, especialmente si el huésped no ha podido reservar en el restaurante para almorzar (o ha tomado hambre inesperadamente) El desayuno era decente y llenado, mis menús de cena eran cortos, pero tenían opciones decentes entregadas rápida y buena. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Aunque todavía está bastante oscuro en general, he encontrado que la iluminación ha mejorado mucho (se han ido los días de recepción demasiado oscuros para ver al personal hasta que estaban a tu lado!) ¡Entiendo que este es un edificio listado, (grade2?). así que sólo se pueden hacer tantas modificaciones. Yo personalmente podría haber hecho con algunas más rails, pero si se puede hacer eso es casi un buen momento. En este momento es un problema para mí. El hotel de la ciudad de Coombe es un hotel de 2 personas, que tiene un centro de atención a la salud y la salud. (Dios prohibe a alguien estar aquí sin acompañamiento!). He conseguido engañar con el personal de reserva antes de la mano, y todos eran hermosos. Felizmente, las habitaciones aquí son costadas por habitación, no por persona Mi habitación era grande, limpia y agradable. Habiendo sido habituado a los hoteles que no ofrecen alojamiento durante una estancia, me sorprendió ver que estaba de vuelta durante esta estancia, incluyendo la cama que se hizo (solo si mi habitación era más mezquita que la normal de la estancia media!)

El hotel está en una ubicación muy buena y es limpio! La habitación es de buena tamaño y tiene todo lo que necesitas de té y café, un hierro y un secador de pelo. El personal en la mesa delantera es muy amable. El único problema que tenía era que dondequiera que en el hotel estaba muy caliente la habitación tiene con con así que una vez que usted en el hotel está bien.

I booked this hotel due to a short holiday. The staff was lovely and the hotel was in a very quiet area. Very clean and good value for money! I will definitely book again whenever back in Coventry!!!!

A spotlessly clean room, in an excellent location, within easy access to Coventry & Warwickshire. This was our first time staying here, so the peculiarities of having no one on site, was a little daunting prior to arrival, but the information we received ensured there was nothing to worry about. The access code allowed easy entrance to the building and our room (room 7) was spacious and spotless. There is ample parking in front and at the rear of the property and we found everything to our liking. One special mention needs to be the ease of access in to Coventry from here, with the route through the new ”JLR access road” meaning that there is no need to go on to the busy A45 at all, as it brings you out at the London Road, so the CBS Arena and City Centre are easily accessible, as is Kenilworth/Leamington & Warwick plus Rugby and the M45 is only 15 minutes drive. All in all we were really pleased to have found this little gem, with a couple of pubs & restaurants within walking distance, it is very good value for money.
