Lokasi hotel cukup strategis dan hotel sangat bersih dan nyaman

Apparently the first 5 star hotel in Bandung. Dates back to the colonial times. Grand but dated and well worn. Pros: Large rooms. Well furnished. Beautiful Christmas decor. Moneys' worth as rooms were priced at 3 star rates. Breakfast was a good spread of a variety of continental and south-east asian cusine. Staff very courteous and proffesional. Particular mention of Mr. Sugeng - the ever smiling door man. Large pool area with lots of space for kids to run around. Cons: An old establishment in slow grand decay. Rooms at the lower floors especially smoking floors are to be avoided - dirty, worn out and smells of tobacco. We asked for a change, and they obliged. Opt for non smoking rooms on floors above the 8th floor. Bar: Beautiful and cozy, but served no purpose - coz there was hardly any selection of drinks. The barman and bargirl had a poor knowledge of spirits and knew only to serve 2 varieties of beer!!! There was a singer belting out loud and off tune christmas songs (It was christmas eve). It took us a while to realise that she was singing inenglish.

Pertama kali menginap di hotel ini, pulang rafting dr pangalengan, sengaja pesan disini krna lelah ingin berendam air hangat, dan keterangan di aplikasi type DELUXE yg kami pesan ada bathube nya.. ketika check in kata mbak Ambar yg saya pesan tipe kamar “STANDAR” dan itu tdk ada bathube nya huhuhu kecewa berat, marah dan sebel, whatever dengan kamar standar atau suite tapi ini benar2 tidak sesuai deskripsi yg mereka tulis.. setelah bbrp menit kami di kamar “STANDAR”, mbak ambar tlpn meminta maaf dan upgrade kamar kami ke yg ada bathube nya.. cukup apresiasi dan dengan service recovery nya, tp kalau boleh saran semestinya front office mengambil langkah yg lebih cepat sebelum customer merasa kecewa, apalagi kesalahan ada dari pihak hotel 🙏 walaupun yang kami pesan kamar paling standar tapi kami tdk berharap upgrade, kami hanya ingin fasilitas kamar kami sesuai dengan deskripsi yg kami baca.. terimakasih..

An outdated worn-off building. I stayed there during the festive season. I stayed there for 8 nights, not a single time the cover of the duvet was changed. Electricity outdated and unreliable. No workable internet. WiFi sometimes yes, sometimes no. No chance of holding a zoom meeting. I asked for a knife to peel some fruits in my Executive King room, Naripan side. No, was the firm answer. Hopelessly outdated furniture, worn-off. Breakfast: a lot of food, more renown for quantity, then quality. Lots of people attending breakfast in their smelly sleeping attire, running screaming children everywhere. Cleaning a room can be difficult, cleaning an outdated bathroom and sanitary facilities seems very difficult. This hotel is old, too old. Next to the pool no deckchairs, no umbrellas. Spa and gym were, without prior notice, completely closed during the festive season (Why don't they do the alterations in the Ramadhan month, when it is closed anyway?). Museum also closed during this very busy month. After checkout, I missed my alarm clock, next to the bedside. I do hope someone is happy with that. I complained with the staff: no reaction. Present management focuses on large groups of people. I would advise Western tourists not to go there, for the quality it is definitely overpriced, underserviced and not worth it anymore. Just admire it from the outside. The former glory of Bandung.

Lokasi pas di tengah kota dekat dengan titik wisata seperti museum asia afrika dan hotel ini sendiri jg hotel tertua yg pernah dipakai pemimpin asia afrika saat konferensi tahun 1955. Juga beberapa orang terkenal pernah menginap disini. Makan pagi cukup okay, ada makanan lokal dan standar hotel (roti panggang, telur dll) Cukup bersih dan terawat terutama eksternal hotel seperti lobi, namun bagian kamar sudah waktunya diganti dengan yg baru.

This hotel was dirty - hair from the previous occupant in the bath and shower and across the bathroom floor. The fittings were decrepit. On the upside the staff were friendly. I’ll not be staying again and suggest people find somewhere else to stay.

Untuk kali ini agak sedikit kecewa sama layanan dihotel ini, sebelum datang sudah telp dengan bag reservasi minta kamar non smoking dan sudah diconfirm sm reservasi bisa dilantai 5 , pas cekin kata front officenya kamarnya dapetnya smoking room(padahal uda minta tolong karena bawa anak2 kecil) tetep gak bisa, kamar 306 bau rokok menyengat semenjak keluar lift,sampai kamar dapet kasur bau apek parah bantal2 jg kayak gak pernah diganti sprei dan sarungnya. Uda minta ditambah extra bed & uda mau dibayar sudah confirm, kata reservasi nanti aja bayarnya pas cekin. supaya pas dateng langsung istirahat, eh ternyata pas sampai belum dipasang jg. Rada aneh memang bagian reservasi dan FO seperti gak sinkron. Dan yang paling sedih akhirnya anak2 selesai nginep disini sakit pada batuk2 semua karena bau rokok. Maaf saya baru kali ini kasih cooment complaint kehotel, karena sangat kecewa dengan yang didapat. Dengan harga hotel yg sudah dibayar ternyata yang didapat kamar yg sangat parah . Tapi untuk keramahan staff memang baik disini. Karna mungkin semua sudah sangat senior.

這次來萬隆入住這家酒店，是從雅加達乘坐高鐵到萬隆，從攜程上預訂的。這家酒店非常老了，房間設施相對比較差，遠遠達不到五星級標準。但是酒店自助早餐真的非常棒！酒店平台健身房比較小，游泳池比較小。

The hotel was magnificent ! The room was clean and the bed was comfy, Breakfast was fulfilling and lovely. The staff were very kind and Helpful, plus super friendly xx I love Sugeng and I wish him well. Thank you!

Even though the hotel is getting older, the friendly staff makes up for it. Everybody is really nice and helpful. Especially the doorman Sugeng was a great help and friendly person. The rooms are big. Bathrooms could deal with an upgrade. The area around the hotel is very nice.
