The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a split-style bathroom across the hall featuring a separated sink area and toilet/shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer. There is a gas grill on the deck with both outdoor and indoor dining options. WIFI is provided. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV with FireStick so you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also books, puzzles, and games!There's a wood burning fireplace for cold nights as well as thermostats for temperature control in each room. On warmer summer nights, each room has a ceiling fan and additional floor fans for your use. The house also features a whole-house fan to help cool things down quickly in the evenings. Most homes in the area are not equipped with air conditioners, but the whole-house fan really makes a difference on the warmer days! The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use. There's a gas station and small grocery store in town for essentials, and a larger grocery store in nearby Quincy or Portola. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a queen size bed, with extra long twin trundle bed, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, side tables and lighting. The master bedroom contains a memory foam king size bed, two chests of drawers, ceiling fan, wardrobe with mirror, side tables, and flat screen TV. There is a twin sized power filled air mattress providing additional sleeping arrangements located under the bed. ( Very comfortable! ) and one stored in the hallway.. Both bedrooms have black out curtains providing a comfortable environment. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all necessary amenities.The laundry room is equipped with large and efficient washer and dryer. All necessary cleaning products are provided. There is a whole house fan which is operated from the hallway alcove to allow for cooling in the summer months as the property does not have central heat and air. The fan pulls in the cool evening air through any open window or door and forces out all hotter air in the attic allowing for a quick and effective cool down.
