You're renting an entire house that has been nicely remodeled and has granite countertops and a walk in tiled shower. You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. This year the house had several upgrades including all new leather living room furniture and all new kitchen appliances including a convection oven with air fryer. House is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in. Here you will find board games, beach gear; towels, chairs, a cooler & beach cart, TV/gaming, a highchair, stroller, and baby gates, and a queen sofa sleeper. The stairs take you to the 2nd floor and main entrance; the 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry are located here - complete with plenty of comfy bedding, pillows, and towels for all. Stairs on this floor lead you up to the beautiful 3rd floor for your balcony views off the living room. The well-supplied kitchen & 1/2 bath are also on this level for you to enjoy! You’ll find many little extras throughout the condo for your use. This charming cottage is located in the waterfront district and the downtown area of Grand Haven. It is a block away from the boardwalk that takes you right to the pier and the beach. Our famous lighthouse is within a half mile! A short four block walk will drop you right into the middle of our downtown. Many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops await you. There are marinas along the waterfront and charter fishing boats are available. Mini golf and a fun splash pad are some of the favorites, along with the many playgrounds in the area. The new Imagination Station is 3 blocks away at the local Ymca along with a skate park and ball fields. Boat and paddle board rentals, bike rentals and bike paths are all available within the area. Many parks and mountain biking/hiking trails nearby. You can walk to the end of the street and watch the famous Musical Fountain preform nightly.
