Please do not dump the left-overcoffee grinds down the sink; they will clog the sink. Please dump excess coffee grinds in thetrash can.The full size trash can is located inside the pantry. The full size recycle can in the garage by the laundry machines. There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please remove all trashbefore departure. The trash bins are located outside behind the grey gate, adjacent to thepassenger gate (look for the metal circle sign with a trash logo). The trash and recycle arepicked up weekly on Tuesday mornings.There are laundry machines located in the garage to use throughout your stay at the Beachside Retreat.We have a landscaping team who comes weekly.In case of emergencies, we have one security camera at the front door and one in the backpatio area. Dishes, pots/pans, etc. should be cleaned andput away where you found them before you check-out. Please be sure to throw awayall trash into garbage bins outside before departure.6) If you go to the beach, before entering the home please check your feet for tar,shake off the towels, and brush sand off of yourselves. If you have tar on your feet,please use the baby oil and cotton balls provided in the garage to remove. Stainsfrom tar will result in an addition fee.7) Parking is provided on site in the attached 2-Car Garage. Plus, there is an additionaluncovered parking space for (1) vehicle immediately adjacent to the grey fence andgate enclosing the outdoor patio associated with our unit.
