Also now is the time to think Spring/Summer! I am already booked for most of June, a good part of July and some of August. Now is the time to book before others beat you to it.The apartment is on the upper floor of my home which was renovated after a fire. It has its own entrance. There are three large rooms. The main room (living room and kitchenette) is 12.6 X16); the bedroom has the same measurements and the bathroom is about 10 X 10. It is very spacious and has 'breath-taking' distant ocean views. A 5-minute walk to the beach is all it takes to make a great vacation. It is a very quiet and safe area. In addition to the beach, there is a lot to keep you busy. Right close by are two restaurants. There are also many walking trails and bike paths. The 'T' station is in nearby Scituate. You can hop the train into Boston.Look forward to meeting you and yours! Beaches in area: Brant Rock Beach, Green Harbor Beach, Rexhame Beach and Duxbury Beach. Home is located in walking distance from many popular restaurants. We are also located 0.6 miles away from Peter Igo Park, which provides tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts. You can walk or drive, they have public parking available.
