The AGFC will be working on a new dam/spillway among other things while the lake remains near dry or EMPTY. A new dock has been built and can be used for your outdoor enjoyment. The view is great and the quiet is wonderful. This property is a very nice place to stay and gather and even without our typical waterfront views, the house itself is a hidden gem within a short drive to plenty of other fishing holes and lakes surrounding our area. Located in a small-town neighborhood on the water between Little Rock and Conway you'll never run out of things to do, from fishing, exploring near-by hiking trails, dining out in the city or staying in and taking advantage of our huge, well supplied kitchen for family feasts or just yourself.
