No music or artificial noise are permitted outside during quiet hours, and voices should be kept to a conversational level. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, outdoor noise monitoring devices are used to ensure a comfortable stay for all and respect for neighbors. 2. No gatherings or parties. The only permissible people in the home during your stay should be guests confirmed through the reservation. 3. All check-ins are monitored. Our Guest House is nestled in the quaint village of Lemont with a view of Mt. Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. This cute cape cod was built in 1946 and has been completely renovated. A firepit and patio for relaxing outside.
