Lakeside Landing is on the West Side of Skaneateles Lake and it is located 15 minutes from the the Village of Skaneateles, approximately 8 minutes to Anyela's Vineyard and 45 minutes from Syracuse University. The house is directly on the lake. The interior was remodeled, repainted and decorated in 2020/2021. This property is ideal for those looking for privacy and a relaxing family vacation.Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the porch or from the dock. There is 100 feet of lakefront for you to enjoy, including a mooring for a boat rental.The main level has an open floor plan, a new kitchen with new counter tops and new cookware, a spacious living room and a gas fireplace, half bath and washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room leather couch pulls out to a queen sofa bed for extra guests to enjoy. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms also have a pull out twin sofa bed. On the second floor there is one bathroom with a tub and shower. The property also has an outdoor shower, a BBQ and a separate bunk house with 2 bunk beds. Guests have to fill the propane tank for their own use at ACE Hardware in town. There is a mooring ball for guests to hook up a rental boat. Guests cannot dock the boat at the dock, however, they can hook up to the mooring ball and load and unload at the dock. If Guests wish to trailer their own boat to the property, they must trailer the boat to Skaneateles Marina or the public launch and keep the trailer at a different location. The road to the house is a private road and guests cannot keep vehicles or trailers parked on the road.
