The four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths accommodate up to 12 persons comfortably. The spacious kitchen, dining area, and family room allows plenty of room for family gatherings. The Cabin is equipped with two laundry facilities for convenient laundering. The basement provides a bonus room finished as a large family room, and equipped with a bar and a bumper pool table.The porch, which wraps 360 degrees around the Cabin, offers a spectacular view of 10 miles of the Ohio River. Enjoy watching boats and barges navigating the river, deer and wildlife wandering in the woods, and even an occasional airplane landing on the river. Relax and enjoy time away in a modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,200 square feet.The Space:All living spaces are on one level with one step (sidewalk to front porch) access. Maximum occupancy is 6, not including infants. Pets and parties are not permitted.BEDROOMSBedroom 1 has twin sized bunk beds and a queen sized bed with a full bathroom with a walk in shower in the hall. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with a private full bathroom and a tub shower.All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets.BATHROOMSBathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.KITCHENFully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press. Pets must be registered with your booking. A pet fee will be added post booking if pets have stayed.2. Please NOTE: the back yard is NOT fenced, so please keep your dog on a leash at all times.3. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or just need to unwind and clear your mind, this is the ideal spot. Enjoy the gorgeous view from the upper or lower deck, the large covered front porch,or the screened back porch. Relax by the pond and enjoy nature. Watch the kids play in the huge yard - swinging, jumping on the trampoline, playing games, or catching fireflies. Other things to note:- There are two Smart TV's on site for your enjoyment. There are board games, books and card games as well.Bed accommodations: (1) King (3) Queen (1) Full (1) Twin (1) Baby Crib Coffee shops, Shopping, Parks, Restaurants, Costco, Sams Club are all 15-20 minute drive.- Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen Coffee bar Gas fireplace Grand piano Air conditioning / Heat WIFI Laundry amenities Ping pong table Cornhole board Fire pit and much more. Keep in mind that this cabin is located in a rural area. We regularly have pest control and the cabin gets detail cleaned, but sometimes an occasional lady bug or stink bug gets inside. The cabin uses a cistern for water, and there is a filtration system in place. The water is safe to drink but there is also a water cooler provided, if that is desired.Please note that the blacktop driveway is relatively steep and may require 4-wheel drive in icy/snowy conditions.The property does have two security cameras both located outside. One is between the garage doors and the other is on the side porch overlooking the yard. These are for safety purposes only. If you tamper with any camera it is a 250.00 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
