Hoteles cerca del Victory divers, Isla de Borácay

Mi estancia en Henann Palm Beach Resort fue una escapada pintoresca, con su impresionante ubicación frente a la playa que ofrece vistas impresionantes. Situado en un lugar privilegiado, el complejo ofrecía fácil acceso a la playa y a las atracciones cercanas. El servicio fue excepcional, con un personal atento que atendió todas las necesidades. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio empañada por la presencia de hormigas en toda la habitación, lo que le restó valor a una estancia que de otro modo sería agradable. A pesar de este problema, la experiencia general fue positiva, gracias a la belleza del resort, su conveniente ubicación y su excelente servicio.

Mi tercer viaje a Boracay, mi primera vez fue en Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, sin embargo fue demasiado lejos, la segunda vez que nos quedamos en Villa De Oro, y por mi tercera vez, nos quedamos aquí en La Carmela. La celebración del Año Nuevo en La Carmela fue una decisión de acogida, pero una decisión realmente memorable. Pero debo decir que algunos empleados no son tan dedicados y passionados por lo que hacen, excepto para los agentes de seguridad que todos estaban muy acomodados. De hecho, esperaba mucho de La Carmela, ya que el Sr. Boy Abunda siempre ha promovido este resort durante todos sus espectáculos, además de eso, tantas celebridades e incluso influyentes han permanecido en La Carmela y parecían gustar sus servicios. La comida es media, nuestro desayuno diario siempre fue servido con helado, la piscina es masiva y hermosa, la ubicación es inestimable, ya que está cerca de la playa y cerca de todo lo demás. Sólo quería que pudieran mejorar sus servicios, incluidos los servicios personales a sus huéspedes, sobre todo porque ya hay muchos hoteles que se están expandiendo como sus competidores. La Carmela ya ha estado allí durante innumerables años, por lo que no haga de su herencia una buena. Me gustaría considerar este hotel una vez más como es perfecto para viajeros de presupuesto como yo. estuvo 9 noches con mi compañera, madre y mi hermana, y sólo pagamos PHP 25k por todo, incluyendo su desayuno platado. Espero que considere todos los puntos que he mencionado, Vete pronto, La Carmela. :)

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

I had a lovely 4 night stay at Henann Lagoon resort. The location is pretty good. You are in a walking distance to the beach and D’Mall. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had. The Henann resorts also have lunch and dinner buffets on at their various locations which were fantastic. The room was lovely and had a bath and balcony. A water jug is provided and each floor has a filling station which is a great plus. Prepare yourself upon arrival as they request a prefect hefty deposit to be paid upfront. After some moaning the staff did accommodate my request of just holding my card number.

Levantin is in Bulabog Beach known for the beautiful Boracay sunrise and of course the kite surfing and other water activities. Being lockdown and stranded in Boracay while Manila is in ECQ , having my ticket rebooked twice, I would have been so stressed but my solo trip has been an amazing experience thank you to Levantin Hotel. The management and staff made me feel that Levantin is my home away from home. Nothing to worry with being solo as they embrace me like family. The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you a tropical ambiance. My room , C2, has the perfect view of the garden and the beach. The room is spacious that i was able to request for a table where i can do my work. The restau bar gave me my everyday meals that is affordable and so delicious. We can also request the kitchen to cook for us the fresh catch of the day, from the fisherman goinh around Bulabog. The wifi /internet is so good I didnt need to use my Globe Prepaid wifi. The hotel gave a sense of comfort and security. Working from the Beach is best a Levantin. Highly recommended!

This was the second hotel of our trip and we would have stayed here throughout if we had the choice to choose again! Service was amazing, from the security to the front desk… all the staff were friendly and made the stay really pleasant. They even have their own bus and ferry charter service that you can pay to have a hassle free transfer to boracay from Caticlan airport Location of the hotel was perfect and just in front of the HOHO bus stop which made traveling around the island so convenient. Located at station one.. it was a more serene part of the white beach. We really love our stay at Henann and would recommend anyone who wants a great time at boracay to stay there

El personal es muy educado y cooperativo. La comida era abundante, pero no sabía muy bien y las bebidas eran demasiado dulces y no eran jugos de frutas naturales. El paisaje era excelente, especialmente con la ubicación de las diferentes piscinas. Sin embargo, lo que más me desalentó fue ver a los perros y gatos entrando a los comedores queriendo cenar con nosotros, al parecer con todos esos rasguños, pelos volando y pulgas, fue realmente asqueroso. El hecho de que a los huéspedes no se les permite traer sus mascotas, las instalaciones NO deben tener su propio merodear entre la gente, especialmente en las áreas para comer.

Nos alojamos en este hotel por 3 noches. Hermosa y limpia playa privada, sin extraños. Sin suciedad, sin basura. Está prohibido beber, fumar y comer en la playa. No nadamos en la piscina, pero parece bastante decente y también hay mucho espacio allí. Al llegar, nos encontramos con el problema de que teníamos una reserva para una habitación clásica y nos acomodaron en el primer piso con un balcón que daba a la pared, parecía como si estuvieras en prisión. Pidieron cambiar el número. No la cambiaron inmediatamente, sino hacia la tarde del primer día, porque no había otras habitaciones disponibles. El desayuno es variado, seguro que nadie se quedará con hambre. Hay transporte a la ciudad, pero puedes pedir simplemente un tut-tuk, siempre tiene un costo fijo de 300 pesos por trayecto. El precio en el bar y restaurante del hotel es aproximadamente el doble que en la misma playa de la ciudad. La limpieza es de 4, los suelos no se lavan muy bien y el cambio de ropa de cama sólo se realiza bajo petición. El último día, el baño empezó a oler a aguas residuales. En general nos gustó todo. En cualquier caso, esto es mucho mejor que vivir en la ciudad, en el bullicio y el ruido interminables. El hotel ofrece un traslado de pago al aeropuerto.

El hotel Shangri lah fue el mejor hotel que me quedé en el hotel, el servicio era inmaculado, todos los trabajadores del hotel eran muy amables y agradables para nosotros.
