The holiday started off great but we were then confronted with an issue regarding a stain on the bedsheets, we could not figure out where the bluish black colour had come from as nothing in the room or our belongings resembled this. Following this we had just had the room cleaned and there was a member of staff in our room, please look at the pictures to see what we found, this was one bed 4 pillows a pool towel and a bathroom floor mat, note the same colour stains on the new sheets and the bath towel. I spoke to reception they said they would speak with the manager, we recieved a note giving a free massage but as it was dinner time and our last night we wanted to be out. Later that night i met the manager Jalal Qneibi we discussed the matter and he was appalled, after he had a while to think he offered us a free weekend in one of 3 hotels which i thought was very generous. He asked me to email him to confirm so when i returned i sent a message only for it to fail, i have tried 5 times to 3 different emails and even tried to call him to no avail. Please check your linen and room and if there is anything at all not quite right i would advise you to immediately let the staff know so they don't try blame you.

房間乾淨舒適，冷氣位置好不會對著床吹，雖然沒有海景陽台，但是飯店頂樓的無邊界泳池就能欣賞到東岸的日出及西岸的日落，這點超級加分的👍有點可喜的是頂樓只有一小塊使用到，其他的空間有點荒廢甚是可惜。 服務人員都非常熱情、有禮貌，最大的優點就是飯店在接近D’mall的主幹道上，想要去那邊都很方便。 走路到白沙灘也只要7分鐘左右即可到達，對於自由行來說非常推薦喲！

All staff are very helpful and accommodating. Location is very strategic and few walks away to Stn 2 beach. Room is so neat as well as the towels are clean. Price is reasonable.

優點：1. 位置不錯，過街後穿過D-mall就到海灘；2. 價格不貴，並且大廳有冰水提供👍； 3. 服務人員都很有禮貌； 4. 房間乾淨漂亮； 缺點：1. 洗澡噴頭出水量很小，並且洗澡時水流像針一樣扎到身上，很不舒服； 2. 洗漱用品質量很差，跟國內100多的快捷酒店的品質差不多；

除了不在沙灘邊要走過去～其餘都不錯！屋頂泳池視野很好！

Me alojé en este lugar y mejoraron mi habitación con mini piscina. Cerca de todo, a poca distancia de la playa y lejos del ruido.

酒店位置在s2中心，酒店本身看上去比較老舊，就像國內三星級酒店差不多的感覺。中國人在這裏住的非常多。整體感覺酒店對客人比較嚴格，不論是早餐還是使用酒店設施，都有人過來問詢房間號碼，有些被監管着的感覺，不是很舒服。 交通方便，位置很居中，但是也比較鬧。感覺不太適合安靜度假。

ロケーションはとても良く、プールも２つあって良いと感じました。部屋にはドライヤーやバスローブは無く、少し残念でした。

一切都很一般

房間一般，被安排住在側樓，窗外無風景，衹有一個沒裝修好的酒店，早餐出奇的差，巨差！可以理解為國內全季酒店的縮減版本！ 服務：服務還好吧！打掃衞生時間不固定，有時候上午出門下午回來房間還沒打掃
