El hotel está ubicado en un sitio espectacular, la vista es increíble. El diseño del lugar también es increíble, acorde con el tipo de vacaciones costeras que buscábamos, amé los jardines. La comida también muy buena. El espacio de las habitaciones es bastante amplio y cuenta con todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Tiene estufa de inducción pero los sartenes qué están en la habitación no son para este tipo de fogón.

Great property on the ocean yet very close to town. Peaceful and quiet. Stayed in a Lodge room which was spacious and had an ocean view . Highlight of trip was an included harbor cruise with Captain Rich Barnes . He was lifelong Mainer and was very insightful. Great tour !

Overall my family of 8 people had a great vacation there. There were many activities for kids. They were always occupied. We liked the everyday yoga session at 9am. It had a beautiful setting. The Recreation Hall could have been better maintained. Better Ping-pong paddles and balls should be easy to maintain.

Fabulous stay at the beautiful Spruce Point Inn. Truly one of the best ocean views in the state of Maine! Beautiful accommodations and friendly staff. Fitness center is small, complimentary laundry was a bonus! Sunset views at the Grand Deck are a must! Love the shuttle back and forth from town as well.

Where do I begin? Spruce Point Inn offers an amazing array of onsite amenities and activities. It is an ideal summer getaway for families. I will simply list all the exciting perks here: kayaking (free), swimming (2 pools, hot tub, kiddie pool), SUPs (free), Spa, playground, giant jenga/chess/checkers/dominos, s'mores (nightly/free), yoga (daily, free), dance class (free), tennis courts (2) with racquets/balls (free), bikes (free), onsite hiking trail (20-25 minutes), two restaurants, outdoor bar/deck, loads of places to sit and enjoy the view of the water, boat tours, shuttle van rides to/from the harbor (free, but please tip!), trolley (free, but please tip!), kids night (so parents can enjoy a dinner), a game hall for kids. And the best sunsets. They are constantly coming up with other great activities, like a bouncy house for the kids, or renting a boat to watch the fireworks in the harbor on the 4th of July. The rooms are clean, modern. They have mini-splits for AC and gas stoves for heat. Our room had a large mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Our entire stay was perfection. We will definitely be going back and bringing more family members with us in the future.

This is our second time there and we love it! We love to travel with our large dog Sully and the staff are all so friendly and so great with dogs. This resort is close to Boothbay harbor and all the cute shops. Will definitely be back. Thank you SPI!

The Spruce Point Inn is everything we hoped it would be AND MORE! This was our first visit to Maine from Georgia, and we will certainly be back to Boothbay Harbor and Spruce Point Inn! We enjoyed sailing on the Sarah Mead with Nate and Tyler, boating with Mr. Barnes, riding in the shuttle with J, eating meals in The Salty Stag, and taking in all of the beauty surrounding this perfect vacation spot! Absolutely loved our week there!

The wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor are spot on. The property is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Fabulous view from our room (Puffin #3) which was right behind the outside bar/dining area. Every person at Spruce Inn was friendly and welcoming. We told them it was for our anniversary and we came back eacg day to a freshly made room with beautifully crafted towel swans with flowers around them. Take the free harbor cruise- the captains know so much about the area. My wife had the best facial of her life at the spa. The spa itself is small; the service exceeded all expectations. Had a wonderful meal at the Salty Stag (we had the mushroom pasta and they were able to add lobster on top for extra charge and it was superb) We ate outside to enjoy the view and 3 of the staff dragged one of the heaters over to help keep the chill off. Have to give resort and staff 5 stars. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Spruce Point is a special place. I love staying in the Inn or in one of the units facing the Harbor. Very peaceful, a great place to relax. You can start with yoga on the outside deck, go for a swim or a hike or just read a book..Great service, very friendly.

We spent a long weekend at Spruce Point as a celebration of our silver wedding anniversary. What a great resort in an amazing setting. There is a lovely Old World charm to the place, and to Boothbay in general, that immediately relaxes you and makes you fall in love with this part of Down’east Maine. The resort offers all kinds of great outdoor activities like sailing, hiking, biking, kayaking as well as sitting in a comfortable chair with a book and an amazing view. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food and drink are excellent. We will be returning for sure!

We celebrated a milestone birthday this time, our fourth visit to SPI over more than 40 years. The property remains beautifully maintained.

My 2 friends and I Visited Boothbay harbor and stayed one night here at the Spruce Point Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We had a large room with a view of the bay , 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. . All beds were comfortable including the sleeper sofa , surprisingly!! The corner gas fireplace was much appreciated as well. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant after arriving late , around 7 pm. A bonus we had not planned on was a complementary boat trip On the harbor . Narrated by the captain , a very knowledgeable gentleman who was a lifetime resident of Boothbay. This is a lovely spot and a charming hotel . We plan to visit again next year for Girl’s trip 17! Our only regret was that one night was not enough time to enjoy all that the inn had to offer!!

We traveled to Spruce Point Inn from Southern California for a family wedding held the weekend after Labor Day. We felt as if we had stepped back in time to a seaside, relaxed setting that invoked generations of family vacations. The setting is private and picturesque. Set overlooking Boothbay Harbor, the inn is the perfect family getaway. The wedding was storybook and each of us left with the feeling of wanting to know when we can return.

The grounds were beautiful and offered nice amenities, a boat tour, and shuttles to and from town. The view from our room in Sunset Cabin was gorgeous, and in September it was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I could definitely have stayed a while longer. The cabin was charming but could use some upgrades - not to change it or make it modern, but to replace some old flooring, etc.
