Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Primero, reservé una habitación tamaño queen. Me registré, fui a la habitación y alguien más se estaba quedando exactamente en esa misma habitación. Obtuve una nueva tarjeta para una nueva habitación y esa tarjeta de acceso no funcionó. Regresé a la recepción y dijeron que había un problema y que el personal de mantenimiento estaba tratando de solucionarlo. Dijeron que no hay habitaciones disponibles. Sólo puedo conseguir dos camas individuales, así que le dije que pagué por una habitación tamaño queen. Necesitan hacer un plan... finalmente, después de un tiempo, volvieron a mí, me dieron una tarjeta de habitación, fueron a la habitación y, literalmente, simplemente juntaron las dos camas, sacaron la mesita de noche y tuvimos que dormir así. No había hervidor para hacer café y la habitación olía mal.

El hotel era muy conveniente y estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación tenía un tamaño razonable para alguien que está de paso. Lo más destacado de mi estadía fue el delicioso y recién hecho desayuno que se sirvió, lo recomiendo 10/10.

Lovely small hotel close to the airport. They provide shuttle buses that run every 30 minutes. Staff at the reception and staff in general is sweet and polite and was trying to accommodate and help. The only one thing is that you could hear the water running down the pipes loudly from the floor above and it was a little irritating. However I’ve managed to sleep well and enjoyed this short stay.

Firstly, I was put into a room that I did not book and was told I cannot change to a room that I had paid for because the hotel was overbooked. The front desk, eventually, moved me once I had pointed out that it was a health hazard to stay in the room they assigned to me because they had painted it that very day and I could still smell the paint fumes. After being moved, I was put into a room that I actually paid for. The toilet leaked and the shower was blocked. I will say though that the front desk was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. All in all, it was not a good experience and I won't be staying again.

This is my second time booking this hotel. Great and convenient location to the airport. Offers free shuttle ride to the airport, and the front desk reception service was excellent.

Another highlight was the buffet breakfast. It offered a wide variety of options, all delicious and well-prepared. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, the quality of the food was impressive, and it was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport was delightful. The combination of the convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities like the buffet breakfast make it a hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Johannesburg. Whether you're on business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

I received great service from the hotel staff. Christopher and Pretty were so helpful with the checking in and checking out process. I absolutely loved my stay, the breakfast spread is delectable 😋😋😋. Would come back just for the breakfast. Cleaning staff is meticulous and efficient. I slept in a fresh room every room.

Staff were amazing and the room was great as well. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel shower's draining system was terrible For a 4 star hotel they didn't provide simple things like sleepers

All in all my stay at the property was awesome. If in Johannesburg ir transit , Holiday Inn is a must visit.

The location is convenient and very close to malls and the airport. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins to the airport. You don’t need to get an Uber or taxi. The food was delicious. The room was cozy but did not have robes

Good hotel decent breakfast and clean rooms. Good for a couple of days if you are going in a business trip. Close to airport and hotel iffers shuttle service to airport for no additional cost. Super market and a big mall in the vicinity at walkable distance that house many eateries.

The hotel was amazing. The staff at the front desk was friendly. When we arrived at the airport we waited over an hour for a shuttle that was supposed to have arrived at 12:00. When the shuttle finally came the driver didn't apologize nor bother to explain why was the shuttle late. Besides that everything else was fine. I just wish the rooms would have robes and slippers. I will definitely visit the hotel again.

Front desk staff were lovely and checked us in quickly! They have a free shuttle to the airport which leaves every 30 minutes which we used. God experience for a short stay at the airport hotel.
