This is a new hotel so everything was new, the service was good, have good breakfast. The people working at the breakfast bar seems to try too hard on getting around guesses to be on top of the things there, but it would be nice if they could chilled off to let guesses help themselves and out of the way first. Front desk clerks are available if you have questions, but it would be nice if they could try a little smile sometimes. I am from the US and have been in the people business my whole life so I am big on being friendly and curtesy, doesn't matter how bad of the mood you are in, but I don't expect the foreigners to do that. I like the place so I leave a 5 stars.

Nice property, still being completed. Rooms are nice and spacious and the bed is comfy. They only clean your room every other day. When I first walked in, an older lady was at the recepetion, but didnt even both to look and greet me or welcome me. She seemd almost disgusted to see me. Maybe she was having a bad day. Eventually I just said I am here to check in, even then she didnt greet me, she just took my information and gave me my room and didnt even bother to tell me where the elevator was or what amenities were available. Overal stay was good

Liked the cleanliness, didn’t like the wi-fi, cleaning routine shall be daily. Iron and Iron board should be provided in all rooms. Swimming pool times should be accurate.

Arrived early asked if I could check in service agent said room wasn't ready ok no problem took my phone # and said she would call when the room was ready I left. Came back after 3pm and was told room wasn't ready received the key and waited in the lobby? asked about the room was told it hadn't been inspected waited
a little while a just whet to the room on my own went in the room was ready didn't see any body? No TV channels and lost Wifi!
