Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Hotel was in a great location not far from toll exit. Food was great , i specially love hainam chicken rice at breakfast and they have many selection of eggs corner, not just omellet or sunny side up..but they have eggs benedict, salisbury eggs and many more my kids love to play at kids club and outdoor activities... will come back for sure

Hotelnya dekat dengan pusat kota dan tol, sekitar hotel banyak makanan yang enak dan kalo mau ke mall tinggal jalan kaki. Untuk breakfast banyak pilihan tapi beberapa makanan ada yang keasinan mungkin lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar rasa yang dihidangkan enak semua, recommended nginap di luminor hotel

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

Good to stay here, i have got room with mount Salak view. May come back to stay at Zest sometime.

First time stay at this hotel the staff (hezki from front office if im not wrong) really help me. im asked for change the sheet at room cause there’s spot, and he provided that to change with new one. Breakfast area i think they have to add more options of menu at buffet. Staff trinee help me aslo even they only trining here. thx

Desde lo que veo, la mayoría de los empleados son mujeres que manejan salas de reunión pero no pueden ignorar la capacidad del personal masculino, son útiles y rápidos también ;-)

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación y un entorno excelentes Puede ver la vista del Monte Salak desde la habitación. El desayuno es tan bueno, especialmente el jugo verde y la omeleta. También desde la piscina puede ver la vista de la ciudad. El personal también es muy útil.

Es un placer quedarse y relajarse en este hotel, el hotel es cómodo, el servicio es rápido, el sabor de la comida también es muy bueno, pero para el tiempo de check-in es bastante largo porque tiene que preparar la habitación primero, Pero en general este hotel es muy agradable y cómodo
