Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

Me quedé con mi familia, la primera impresión del hotel era limpio, limpio y el personal era amigable, la ubicación es buena y cerca de todo en Bogor City, con instalaciones como un restaurante, piscina y minimercado. El desayuno es delicioso y hay muchas variaciones.

(+ ) *Hoteles en el lado de la carretera, fácil acceso a cualquier lugar * Muchos buenos lugares para comer alrededor del hotel, suficiente a pie hay nuestra tienda, macaroni grilados, etc. , junto a los mismos Starbucks también. *Las instalaciones están completas, hay puntos de vista muy oscuros *Hay un mini parque de juegos, la piscina también está bien limpia * lo más importante es la comida está bien, la elección es mucho, se siente bien, es realmente bueno. ( - ) * El ascensor del hotel suena como un arranque, el otro ascensor no puede ser utilizado, quizás hay un mantenimiento. * El frigorífico no está frío * En la rica ubicación del baño hay un cigarrillo en la caja de cigarrillos, lo que me hace que no le guste cigarrillos, es molesto. * No hay nadie que se abraza la puerta, mientras que mantener al niño es un poco estrecha, acerca de la puerta de vidrio pesada.

Me mudé desde el 11 de octubre y, en general, estoy muy satisfecho con los servicios prestados. Desde el momento del check-in, el personal de recepción es muy amable y atiende activamente a los clientes. Cuando una persona estaba libre, también nos registramos temprano. El personal es muy profesional pero amable. La habitación es un hotel nuevo perfecto con elementos de madera minimalistas. Si está de vacaciones, preferiría quedarme allí de nuevo.

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

Driver got lost as there's a big u-turn from highway. Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set. Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it. Nice scenary view. Nearest convenience store is of a distant away.

Not so far from Jakarta and outside hectic crowded Bogor city. Love the Balinese ambience since entering the lobby. The architecture reminds me with one property at Seminyak Bali. Property is maintained, thumbs up for this. We requested all booked room to be twin-bed and low floor ( due to one guest is a senior guest) The room was clean. Love the safety measure of double front door of room. Window blinders need improvement. The shower was hot and amenities from coffee/tea/bathrobe and shower room were good. At night cafe/resto had a good ambience just to sit down and chill. Love the family staycation feeling as many young family and children around. Breakfast was okay, enough for this price level. Love the paddy field at the area of the resort Over all am satisfied to bring my family here. Will definitely return again in a near future for staycation.
