The first time they serviced our room was on day 3… and this was after i called them and complained that they have not taken out garbage or changed towels in 3 days. They brought someone over. No cleaning or washing of the floor. Just the minimal possible service. I had booked 2 rooms, it was the same. The Remote for the TV did not work properly (in both rooms). For one of them they changed the TV, for the other one it broke later on so didn’t even ask them, but that seemed to be a common issue. I’ll never stay there again.

Service at the O&B hotel restaurant was terrible. Our waitress disappeared for 10–25 minutes at a time, and the food was mediocre at best—aside from the pizza, which was decent. By the end we were practically begging just to get our bill. Our hotel room wasn’t much better. It was dusty, several surfaces and pieces of furniture needed repairs, and we even found a cockroach. I killed it, but have no idea if there were more. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the price and the reputation of this hotel. I won’t be coming back anytime soon—if ever.

Overall was a really good trip and we loved the swimming pool and the hot tub. The only down side is I think that the all day pass was a bit pricey

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.

Good location good view nice hotel

藍山威斯丁酒店位置很好，步行5分鐘內可以到達藍山遊玩的地方，如果需要自己做飯，一定要定包含全廚房的房型，不要高級房（沒洗碗機和爐灶）。入住期間可以45刀升級alldaypass，入住期間每天可以免費更換，很超值。

帶廚房的小套間，卧室和客廳都有電視，餐具一應俱全，有免費的瓶裝水，每天打掃。酒店的餐廳菜品味道不錯。酒店有地下停車場。

房間乾淨 整潔 前台小哥哥 小姐姐也很熱情周到！

任何權益一定要爭取，有很Nice的服務生，也有另外那种

整體設施都很不錯 就是有點老舊 不過衞生很好 房間很大

시설도좋고 욕실도 샤워할맛납니다. 블루마운틴리조트 중 제일 좋은것같아요.

酒店房間很大，前台接待的女士非常nice! 另外酒店一樓的餐廳水準很高，還有室外温泉和桑拿。很滿意的一次旅行！
