"This was a special stay. We booked early, already somewhere in December, for our stay beginning of June a stay on our cycling holiday from Belgium to Italy. But somewhere end January, beginning of February the hotel decided - for all sound reasons - to reduce opening days in Spring (a traditional low season period) and close on Sundays and Mondays. We had booked arriving Monday. As we were not flexible in the day of our stay, the hotel manager prepared a room for us and personally gave us a warm welcome and walked us to our room. We had a very relaxing night in the hotel where we were the only guests. A special experience with many thanks to Tomas, the manager."

"The positive remarks first: the staff of the hotel is very friendly and competent. The location of the hotel is very good...you walk out of the door and are in the middle of a beoutiful landscape. The highlight of the hotel by far is the large wellness center with an indoor pool that leads to a beautiful infinity outdoor pool, overlooking a spectacular mountain scenery. The breakfast is very varied and very good. Dinner is good too, the menu itself has not too much choice for vegetarians. Whats very much missing, however, is a mini-bar in the room, apparently to maintain an ECO standard. Offering by the reception to keep brought items cool is comlicated. This also goes for the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room. One can rent a Nespresso machine with 4 (four) coffee capsules for Euro 15.--. Very unusual for a 4-star hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it."

"Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Lifestyle Alpenstadt. El hotel está moderno y los habitaciones están elegantemente equipadas para que se sienta bien inmediatamente. Sobre todo, la tranquilidad en los habitaciones nos ha sorprendido positivamente. A pesar de la proximidad a la estación de tren de mercancías, no se oyó nada del tráfico. Pero las habitaciones son algo brillantes, por lo que los sonidos de otros huéspedes del hotel son a veces perceptibles. El desayuno fue muy bueno y ofreció una variedad de opciones. El servicio también fue muy amable, atento y profesional. También hay que destacar la excelente limpieza en todo el hotel – todo fue muy cuidado y ordenado. Otro gran punto de ahorro es la amistad con los perros. Los huéspedes con perros son muy bienvenidos y pueden disfrutar de su estancia relajada. En conjunto, un hotel moderno, limpio y muy acogedor que nos gustaría recomendar."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time on a skiing holiday. The staff were really super friendly. The food was exceptional every single night. The beds were really comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We’d highly recommend and definitely stay again. The spa was an added bonus. They photographs really didn’t do it justice. All the facilities were absolutely brilliant huge big sauna steam room. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the treatment massages were fabulous after a long day skiing and the relaxation areas were perfect and we mustn’t forget the cakes every afternoon when we got back from skiing were fantastic."

"Primero, el negativo: tuve que dormir en una ventana cerrada porque sólo hay una puerta de balcón para ventilar sin cargas de rodillos. A -10°C no se puede ni siquiera moverla sin "congelar". En el baño me habría gustado un espejo de ampliación. Según la información del hotel, el bar debe estar abierto hasta las 22.00 horas. Sin embargo, a las 21:00, los que estaban sentados en el fuego abierto, ya nos señalaron con una fuerte reducción de la iluminación que ahora es hora de ir, pero sin embargo, nos sentimos muy satisfechos y nos sentíamos bien - sólo 4 puntos serían demasiado pocos. El desayuno y la cena (4-Gang-Menu) eran muy deliciosos, el personal fue en general muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, las camas y el matrazo estaban bien. Encontramos un ambiente de bienestar. Esquí de esquí y spa con sauna, etc. Sólo hemos visto, está muy bien. ¡La oferta para el precio era excelente!"
