El hotel estaba muy limpio. El registro tomó un poco de tiempo. Incluso regresamos @ 530 y todavía había una larga cola. El personal de recepción fue amable.

El hotel no está lejos del aeropuerto. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca del hotel y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

NO BREAKFAST, despite the fact that it still says there's a breakfast served in the pool area. I stayed here several times pre-covid and it was the typical Choice Hotel hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit. etc. They're using Covid as an excuse to provide so-called grab n go bag. I will not recommend this hotel if you're expecting or enjoy a decent breakfast. I gave it 3 stars because the bed was comfortable, and because they were kind enough to honor my request for a room close to the elevator so I didn't have to carry my heavy bags far. If you don't mind paying for a decent morning meal down the road, then you will not be disappointed. I travel constantly for work and find that most decent hotels are now doing breakfast again, which is a very important perk for me and my clients. C'mon, Comfort inn!

IMO The value/convenience of airport hotels is being able to WALK FROM YOUR ROOM to check in , check your bags, then walk to TSA. This is not possible at this hotel. For some reason this hotel ( property is beautiful BTW) was built so that you need a shuttle from the hotel to the terminal which is literally 500 feet away. Best case scenario if you ONLY HAVE CARRY ONG BAGS and if ( BIG IF as TSA has very limited hours at the hotel connection ) TSA is open you can walk from your room to the boarding gate providing you have a boarding pass. If you have checked bags you have to use the shuttle or as in our case walk outside to the terminal. In reality be prepared to sign up for a shuttle the day before, be prepared to walk downstairs and find a lobby of 50 or more people waiting for one shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. We signed up for the night before a 4am shuttle, arrived at 3:45 am and come 4:45am were still waiting for a ride to the terminal so we actually walked across roads with airport traffic to the terminal............most of the walk had no sidewalks. It was walk or miss our flight. Oh did I mention parking is $29 a night plus tax ? We found it FAR easier, cheaper, more reliable and much less stress to book a hotel a mile or 2 away from offsite parking , stay at that hotel and drive ourselves to off site parking in the morning vs ( EZ air park has multiple shuttles running) fighting for a shuttle. I really HATE writing this review as we stay at the Tampa ( TPA) airport Marriott often and we can walk from our room with all of our bags to the ticketing area then through TSA. When I saw this hotel being built I was excited as it COULD HAVE been a perfect spot the night before a flight............why security is set up the way it is I have no idea and unfortunately it can't be fixed.

Fui a mi habitación y el tiempo en ella era 76 grados. ROYA demasiado caliente para mí. Me gusta mi habitación ser 60-63 grados. Nunca se terminó por debajo de 70 con el a/c corriendo toda la noche. La matrícula era muy cómoda, pero era demasiado caliente para dormir mucho. No espero caminar en una habitación y es de 60 grados, pero ¿cómo es de 68 o así? ¿No se puede decir que el mantenimiento de la casa se verifique el tiempo de la habitación cuando se limpia? La mañana viene y voy a tomar una ducha caliente. La presión de ducha es EXCELENTE y el agua tiene mucho calor para mí. Hay tanto vapor y ventilación cero en la habitación para que los alarmas de humo comienzan a partir. La ducha se corta un poco. La habitación es muy buena, pero no se puede poner en el baño. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. The a/c is hardly blowing any cool air at this point and it’s about 10 degrees cooler, and significantly dryer, in the hallway. Es tan insoportable que considero trabajar en mi camión en el estacionamiento en lugar de pasar las próximas cuatro horas en la habitación. Great staff, one of the better shower times and pressures I've seen on the road (until smoking alarms start sounding) but certainly a place I won't stay in again.

沒有拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏記得自己帶/到了去沃爾瑪買（走路9分鐘/開車3分鐘）。 有24小時/7天隨時工作的接送機（不過有需要等的時間）。 早餐是在一樓大廳、可以帶回屋子：帶包裝的紙杯蛋糕、帶果醬餡的餅乾（？）、橘子汁/蘋果汁和橙子。 一樓大廳24小時有免費咖啡和冰水（糖之類的添加物也有）。 有洗衣機烘乾機，不過都需要投幣，一次一個25美分硬幣，洗、烘分開各一個。在三樓。 有浴缸和淋浴頭，集中在一起。衹給洗髮會和護髮素各一小瓶（很小很小），但是給三小塊香皂。 有電視書桌保險櫃、放東西的沙發之類的。 雙人間空間還可以，有掛衣服的地方。500rmb一晚。單人間kingsize床的話，沒有掛衣服的地方，有一個搖椅沙發。700多rmb一晚。所有房間感覺大小一樣，設施有細微區別。個人感覺雙人間反而更划算。 房門比較安全，很重，有雙重鎖（門把和防盜鎖鏈）。窗户是雙層窗，有防盜扣。靠馬路的房間可能有一點吵。 有停車場，裏面有一個很小型的滑梯遊樂區。
