Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was large quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Had a very nice four day stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hote. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast was great. We really appreciated the oranges left for the guests in yhe lobby. A wonderful touch.

The lady that checked us in was nice, she checked us in and we went up to our room. Unlocked the door and the key would not come out of the door lock. My husband tried - no luck. Went down and told the lady who checked us in. She said, “Oh yes, we have trouble with the lock on …” She said she would take care of it. Instead we saw her drive off a 1/2 hour later. Went back down to office. New worker was there. She was excellent and took care of the key problem and later a TV that did not work problem with both grace and efficiency. This second worker was excellent. the first check in lady was incompetent.

Very nice property. Large and roomy, very clean and quiet. The heater worked very well. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean and the hot shower was fantastic.

While I cannot give this 5 stars, it is our go-to place in Blanding. The staff is good. The breakfast option limited, but at least they have one. The best part about this place is the location and the price. There makes up for all the rest.

Overall everything was great except breakfast. The choices were ok for a continental but the breakfast room is in the reception area and consequently tiny, nowhere to sit. Made the breakfast experience not a pleasant one.
