This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

Another fantastic stay at the Hyatt Birmingham. The service from all of the staff was exemplary, kudos to the restaurant manager at breakfast who always ensures his team delivers the very best. This is the only hotel to stay at in Birmingham

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

Fabulous hotel, great amenities - jacuzzi and sauna were all wonderful! Lovely canal view!

The hotel is located in the best city center location. It aging a bit but rooms are good and the staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stay. Great facilities nice pool and spa which hardly any Birmingham hotels have. the bar is also really nice. Breakfast at the Hyatt is always a treat 😄 However some areas of the hotel do seem to be getting a bit tired and need an update considering the room cost.

The restaurant stuff were great a young lady Ilrat gave me a great services at restaurant, unfortunately the lady at reception wasn’t so welcome she made me send away decorations team because I wasn’t allowed to put decorated my room even though it not in their terms and conditions honestly I was disappointed. Anybody who’s to go there for they partner’s birthday think twice

Stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night, the hotel staff were ok but not very helpful. Parking was atrocious.

Perfect location for a weekend in Birmingham. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna which were clean and well-maintained. Will definitely stay here again.
