The hotel was but no free wifi. If you want one need to pay 14£ for 7 days.

Quite place to stay bug room. Excellent staff and food

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Fort Dunlop, the hotel is clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel to the UK and will recommend this hotel ro my friends.

There are no facilities. I canceled my reservation for 1 day. The staff told me to refund the money to my credit card. Now I'm waiting. Thank you

Although the staff were friendly and an asset to the business, I was disappointed with how uncomfortable the single beds in the family room were. Both myself and my 15 year old son had back ache each morning for hours. The breakfast the first morning of our 2 day stay didn’t have very much available nor any staff to request any hot breakfast items. However the biggest reason we won’t be booking this hotel again was due the drag racing outside the hotel which was extremely loud and kept us awake until gone 2am, even when shutting the window which had little to no effect on the noise, and due to the heat made it unbearable to sleep.

The accessible rooms did not have standard wheelchair doors so it was very difficult to get in and out of the room. There were also four sets of heavy doors between the reception and the room. The staff offered to find us another hotel but we didn’t want to go through all the stress and upheaval of being relocated to an unknown destination. The staff were friendly and helpful although two were not fully familiar with how things worked. Parking was ok. Rooms were clean. The bar/cafe was lovely and the food was good. But the area was not quiet and we could hear cars zooming around the area late at night.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the reception staff were pleasant and polite with good sense of humour. The room itself was clean and tidy and the staff do not fuss around you. They are always ready to help if and when you need them and nothing is too much trouble for them. I will definitely stay at Fort Dunlop again. I had a really relaxing, peaceful break and slept like a log! Thank you to everyone at Fort Dunlop, you are an excellent team and an absolute credit to your company!

When arriving at the hotel I went to the check in desk where there was know one there. I then had to wait for 5 minutes before someone showed up. Then I went down to dinner and ordered a burger at 8.37pm I then proceeded to wait till 10.27 pm almost 2 hours for my food. I went up to the bar after about an hour and a half and asked where my food was. They went to check then the “chef” came out and asked me what I had ordered. I waited about 20 after he came out then I finally got my food. Once I got my food the chips were under cooked and the burger was so overcooked it was almost hard. All of the staff were so miserable when checking in or at the bar. They clearly didn’t want to be there and I wish I wasn’t.

The colleague Emma when I arrived was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. Recognised me from a previous visit, asked about my visit this time. Emma is a superb member of staff and a credit to your company. I would definitely visit again and come back to the travelodge

We had a wedding and reception ot attend in rum over the weekend, what a great experience it has been, everyone at travelodge starting from the check in desk to breakfast bar were so helpful and professional, Hope & her Nan made our Sunday morning start the most pleasant way, absolutley kind and funny, I wish we had a couple of more nights to stay at the hotel, we will be back soon
