"Estábamos muy satisfechos. Hay servicio de recoger desde la estación de tren a hotel sin reservar previamente. Todas las personas de servicio son muy amables. Las habitaciones del hotel fueron limpias y prácticas. Tablas, cojinetes, tazas y panna están todos allí. También microondas. El baño de termal es excelente, agua salsa real. También hemos utilizado bien la fitness. Imagino volver a venir. El desayuno ha costado 24 euros, también mi hija de 12 años. Estaba bien, no superó estos precios, pero también está mal. Me falta Lucas."

"A great hotel . The reception was very friendly . Breakfast staff was also great every day - especially the young man from Poland / Czech? . Very attentive and nice. What we found great was the egg station - where you could prepare fresh omelet. Even the hotel management goes around in the morning and talks with one that we have not even experienced. This kindness passes through the whole house. We come back. Great clean rooms and our daughter is happy about the game room"

"The location is great, the train station walks 8min, the hotel is facing the beach. Breakfast is very rich, there is coffee cake in the afternoon, dinner has a buffet, hungry. 30℃ The shallow pool and sauna are too comfortable, soak in a bubble after hiking. There are many activities, the time is short and there is no time to experience, but the impression is very good, there is serious business. It should be an older hotel but there should be some, well-functioning service professional in place, recommended."

"Excelente comida y servicio en el restaurante. Muy agradable desayuno. La vista del hotel es increíble. Se encuentra justo en la playa. Gran zona de estacionamiento segura dentro de la zona del hotel. El hotel se siente clásico y la ubicación en Binz no puede ser mejor. "

"Tuvimos que cancelar por enfermedad impredecible. Lo hicimos 1,5 semanas antes de la fecha de viaje. No hubo reembolso parcial, ni siquiera los gastos de desayuno. No se respondió a la demanda. Me parece muy inflexible y no orientado al servicio"

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well."
