Excellent place to stay for all ages especially families, they have so many amenities to keep the children busy while you sit back and relax. The park was extremely clean and far exceeded our expectations. It’s budget friendly and the main bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Good fun, bathroom door jammed needs fixing,, lots of rubbish under lounge suite. But children loved it.

Overall we enjoyed our holiday at Treasure Island resort but were very disappointed that the splash park was out of order for the entire duration. Travelling with 2 small children this was one of the primary reasons for choosing this resort. The main pool was good however although as with all areas of the park could do with general maintenance updates. There were very few loungers and most of those that were available were split / damaged. The spa pools were rough and uneven though heated to a lovely temperature.  The fencing around the tennis court was also in need of repair with sharp edges were the metal links had come away. The crazy golf, seating around the park, play parks etc were all looking tired and in need of update. We hired a bike / cart and the seating was loose and felt in need of maintenance.  Our unit was a more basic one which we were expecting. It was very clean however and the housekeeping staff were great and very helpful. We did see roaches in the unit so pest control would be appreciated.  The kids club staff were friendly.  Location is good with only a 5 minute drive to the coast and walking distance of shops, restaurants and takeaways.

There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

2nd time staying in the hotel for my trip because of the following: - location: 3min drive to Harbour Town Outlet - Amenities: jumping pillow, warm pool, mini golf, go cart, a lot to play with for the kids - Staff: nice and friendly, they taught me how to use the outdoor bbq (never used in my life🤣) - A thing to note that the place is well maintained and very clean, however, I did find that one of the covers of the bunk bed was not replaced and actually smelled like some kid wee on it, which was the only complaint I had for this stay.

Amazing place for families. Highly recommend. We were 3 adults 3 kids. It was perfect.

Great place to stay. We were in an upstairs room. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. I just wasn’t aware that these were located in a caravan park (resort as advertised) there were screaming kids which took away the “quiet night out” plan.

Handy restaurant on site. Close to all theme parks.

The overall park was fantastic, it had everything we needed without having to leave. Our room however was awful. We stayed in the safari tent and the deck, outdoor area and designated car space was unusable due to the bird droppings, the smell was horrendous and over a 4 day stay we had to wash our car 3 times due to damages.

Awesome family stay. We stayed in the cabins, very comfortable, excellent facilities. Heaps of activities everyday for the kids, great food and drinks area

小朋友的活動很多，大大小小的游泳池好幾個，小朋友玩兒得不想走。可以開房車露營，也有渡假屋，選擇很多，旁邊不遠有個outlets，購物吃飯都方便
