Overall experience was good just that it is not very near to any temple where you can walk you have to take auto and that cost you 200 to 300 rs every time it is around 5 km from prem mandir and banke bihari mandir. As far as hotel is concerned if you don't take break fast included while booking the they have good hygienic food at reasonable price. No complain regarding overall facilities and cleanliness

Booked family executive room in govindam resort, room was not fully cleaned and a very bad smell was coming from all rooms. Staff tried to clean after complain but bad smell couldn't be stopped. Finally they shifted us to lower category family room and no refund was done. Overall a bad experience.

Amazing stay and complete value for money. All the staff are very courteous and helping. Food is very fresh. Specially mr. Satender in the restaurants was always on toes to help. The property location is very nice peaceful and very hygienic.

Room was spacious, property around 4 km from prem mandir
overall a good stay if compared to the price you pay as vrindavan properties are expensive
