Bien ubicado, habitaciones grandes y bien iluminadas, tele, frigo caja de seguridad, baño bien, falta limpieza marcos ventanas. pero en general esta bien. cruza la carretera, luego te vas hacia la derecha y enseguida te das un una pastelería muy buena, continua y un restaurante que esta muy bien. Saliendo del hotel derecha y cruce derecha, hay un centro comercial moderno, ultimo piso hay restaurantes.. Es una muy buena opción este hotel..... desayuno bien, personal estupendo

So it happens to be a business trip and we, my husband and I, decided to stay at Trident,Bhubaneswar. While it continues,I couldn’t stop myself from writing a review on how wonderful the stay is! So many of them to be appreciated however,I would like to recognize some who really make a great difference everyday making our stay a memorable one. Chaitanya, Trainee,Customer Relation.His humility and kind greetings everyday as we pass through the hotel corridor,humbles us. Prabhakar, Housekeeping, leaves the room immaculate.Is very neat himself and really takes care of the hygiene.Besides cleaning, Prabhakar ensures his body language is positive and pleasant all the time. Jakir, Manager-F&B, leads by example.He is a true reflection of a good manager.Not only he insures a smooth operation and great supervision but seamlessly adds to the team and extends his support as and when required. Ankush, F&B, has attention for details.Very proactive and extremely observant of guest’s needs and preference. Biswajit, F&B, one word-Finesse.Smooth service delivery.He has great communication skills too and one could easily imagine working him for the best, world wide. I saved the best for the last. A great team catering to multi-national guest list everyday, making everyone experience a truly comfortable stay with all Safety, Security and Service aspect in check is not possible unless lead by a responsible and detail oriented manager. They work hard, everyday and I am certain they always retain quality guests. It’s not the amenities that one will fancy at this hotel but the staff itself making your stay, worth while. Nuestras sensaciones con el Hotel Cozzet Victoria son muy buenas, las instalaciones y sobre todo el personal es muy amable, cercano, atento para cualquier necesidad que hemos tenido, principalmente con nuestras hijas, ya que al tener diferentes idiomas, el servicio nos ha ayudado mucho. I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

I want to share my experience it was so enjoyable i love to atay here...... The food is tooo testy and yummy i suggested you to come........ The staff are so mixing and help full....... They help us a lot the stay was so amusing end andl love to stay

I recently stayed at sm hives and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to two significant issues. Firstly, the door lock to my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to engage the lock. Secondly, i was surprised and disappointed to find that the hotel does not provide plates or bowls for guests who bring in outside food. Overall, the combination of these issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope the management will address these concerns promptly.

WE took 3 rooms for 2 nights for our guests who came from the out of state , and the left the hotel with carrying an extremely positive impression. They felt the good vibes and comfortable the moment of check in only, the reception staffs are very friendly and cordial, Proper cleaned and specious rooms , the food was lip biting , Combo meals are also nice ,enjoyed in relaxed zone the bar , This hotel is definitely recommended.
