It was awesome and i recommend to every one at least for one time you should stay. Food is good. Staff is so polite and well dressed up

Hi. Poorly maintained hotel. They are reluctant on customer complaint. For check out they misquoted the actual fact.

I was facing issues with check in i had booked the primeum room but they gave me a different smaller size room when i asked them they said due to my early check-in till it was my check in i need to stay in a different room they will shift me to my booked room when its their check in time but even after that they were not providing me my booked room after talking to mm t coustomer support i got the room which still had problems the lock of the room was broken and they didn't did anything about it

The room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable price for the room. The staff was polite and room cleaning was offered without asking.

Good hotel, rooms are clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, facility like big hotels, foods are tasty, daily room cleaning and hygiene, hotel staff very good, hotel location is very good, near to rani kamlapati railway station.

The stay was pretty decent and did not give us any chance of complain. Service staff was very humble and fast at providing service. The food service was also fine.

Toilet flush & shower proper not work. After room change same issue in other room also. Not proper room service. You are charged mrp + extra tax. And bill not given product wise.

Location was good, nice stay staff was good only concern with AC but later it was fixed by the staff. Nice place and happy stay.
