I booked this hotel for 2 nights (21-22July) one day in advance with Agoda. My credit card was charged for full amount of booking immediately. I arrived to hotel 2 hours before ch-in, clerk on Reception pointed, that air-conditioning is not working in the room, he can give me the room if that is ok for me. It is ok, as I don't use airconditioning anyway. (there were 2 more persons on reception who have heard our conversation) He asked me to wait for 2 hours and come at 2pm, according to their ch-in policy, as they are cleaning the room currently. Ok, I agreed to wait. When I came to the hotel after 2 hours, some old aggressive man told me, that he does not have room for me. I asked about his name and position in hotel, but he ignored my questions. (later on clerk told it was hotel manager Fahriy) He demand to cancel booking from my side, I refused, as this was non-refundable booking and there is no fault from my side. I requested hotel to cancell my booking from their side, as current situation is not my fault, but hotel's problem. They refused. I asked reception to refund money for booking, they refused too and threw my luggage away from hotel. I was shocked by hotel's management attitude, severe rudness, they've stolen my money and put me on the street. After all I contacted Agoda and waiting for the decision. PLEASE, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET NOTHING, BUT RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT FOR YOUR OWN MONEY.
