This hotel is a short bus ride from the main train station. The rooms are modern & ours was large. No one & no instructions on how to turn on the lights or operate the roll down shutters or anything else in the room. It was frustrating. There are large patio doors (no patio though) that open with electric roll down shutters. But our room faced busy train tracks & so leaving those doors open meant hearing VERY frequent train traffic late into the night & then starting again in the early morning. It wasn’t pleasant. Another thing to know about this hotel is the A/C is controlled & is central to the ENTIRE hotel and it’s not cool in the rooms🥵. There is NO adjusting it in your room or for your room 🥵. It is just what it is. We were advised to open our patio doors to get more air🤪. That would work if it’s cool outside AND there were not the train traffic! There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and that just adds humidity to the room with no way to vent it. So this hotel is modern meets we don’t trust you. We would not stay here again & from now on even if the hotel says there is a/c we will have to ask the further question about who controls it & the temp.

HOTEL Ambassador BERN Una combinación ideal de buena ubicación, excelente personal y instalaciones El Hotel Ambassador fue elegido principalmente porque ofreció servicio de estacionamiento gratuito mientras viajaba en alquiler de coches y no tenía mucha idea de las casas de estacionamiento en Berna Pero el El hotel se ha revelado mucho mejor que nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es genial, especialmente si es nuevo para la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien, pero el hotel está muy bien. (+) Tengo dos habitaciones como familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños, esto fue realmente maravilloso porque los niños eran independientes y amaban su propio cuarto (+) Visitas desde el cuarto, especialmente con la cama y el lado de la vaca es atractivo. El bar de Abel fue muy amable y suave durante las horas de servicio de la noche, y cható sobre nuestro país, e hizo un consejo sobre las atracciones turísticas. El hotel está ligeramente obsoleto en términos de infraestructura con las llaves de estilo antiguo para abrir puertas, mobiliario y desperdicios de madera. (-) El aspecto más doloroso que he experimentado fue la cama que era de poca calidad con las matracas y las cucharas realmente fuera. Estaba insomnio en las dos noches que me quedé aquí. (-) La piscina no está calentada y tiene espacio limitado para personas con sólo 4-5 camas y sillas (-) El acceso desde el estacionamiento de la base al hotel principal se realiza a través de un anillo que los nuevos entrantes no pueden saber. He tenido que arrastrar literalmente todo el equipaje por mí mismo al lobby para el acceso al ascensor General, basado en servicio / ubicación / vecindad, el lugar es Altamente recomendado Calificación: 8 / 10

PROS - Modernas habitaciones limpias con camas cómodas y luces de lectura. - Camino rápido y fácil al centro por el autobús (gratuito para los huéspedes) - Ciegos negros - Dos apartamentos de cama fueron muy espaciosos - Lavandería (lavavajillas y secador, 2 francos cada) fueron muy útiles, y claramente signposted - Parking including reasonably fast electric car charge - Concierge was available, helpful and very friendly. CONS - The air con was very slow even when turned up to the highest setting, and rooms were hot. Windows does not open. - El desayuno era un valor abominable. No hay selección de frutas (sólo la salada de frutas comprada en granel; no cuesta mucho poner algunas manzanas y frutas estacionales en una bodega para elegir!). No hay bagueta ni hojas enteras para la corte, sólo grandes rollos individuales y algunos pan blanco cortado procesado.

La habitación es pequeña, el calor es ～ la decoración es relativamente nueva, muy limpia, la ubicación geográfica es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren, desde el Congreso, usted está cerca de los tractores de autobús, el lado del coop, ¡y muy cómodo comprar! El servicio del hotel fue tan bueno, la hermosa dama de la recepción nos llevó al hotel para explicarnos las instalaciones de la habitación en detalle, especialmente nos recordó que todas las bebidas en el minibar se pueden beber, y también preparó fideos instantáneos & # 127836; ... El servicio de aparcacoches no es demasiado impresionante. La ubicación también es excelente, frente a la estación de tren, ir de compras y comer es muy conveniente, puedes caminar a las atracciones. My wife and I stayed at the Moxy in Bern. This is the second Moxy that we have stayed in (the first without Covid restrictions) and it didn’t disappoint. The room was a good size as Moxy hotels go with a two seater sitting area, fold out luggage stool, a large flat rack with hangers (a brilliant way to hang clothes without taking up floor space). The bed was supportive and comfortable. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a kettle (and a microwave) in the lobby for guests to use. Staff were happy to regularly fill the kettle so I could have hot water in my flask for the room. All staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was super and all food was to a very pleasing standard. They had a selection of two juices, at least 8 different cereals and 3 different milks, a couple of yoghurt options, fresh fruit, as well as a selection of breads, rolls and loaf with a toaster. There was also a selection of cold meats and cheeses. Breakfast included a choice of three hot options including scrambled eggs, bacon bits or sausages and also waffles. There was also a coffee machine providing latte, espresso etc. One of the things I really appreciated was that they put small quantities of food out so that it was regularly replenished and therefore fresh and not picked through. The hotel provided a small menu of bar snacks including Nachos and cheese, a couple of different rice/pasta dishes, a couple of different pizza options as well as flatbreads and a few other options. Food is not Michelin Star quality but was good and very welcome if you didn’t want to leave the hotel in the evening. Whilst the location of the hotel is out of the city centre (it is a 30 minute leisurely stroll to the Barengraben), we made use of the Bern Card which gives free travel in the city centre. Trains run every 10-15 mins and take 3-5 mins to reach the central station. There are other trams and buses but these take slightly longer. The Bern Wankdorf train station is extremely handy (about 50 metres from the hotel) but we hardly ever heard the trains in the hotel when the windows were closed. Between the station and the hotel is a handy Co-op store which, for all the size of it, was very well stocked with essentials including fresh bakery, fresh sandwiches and a small hot food counter. The hotel is also located less than a 10 minute walk from the Stadium Wankdorf complex which also includes a shopping centre, McDonalds, as well as a couple of other cafes. All in all, a great stay and we would be delighted to return to this hotel if we are ever in Bern again.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero nos dio una habitación que era loca y teníamos mucho equipaje. Todo sobre el hotel fue grande menos este ”encuentra tu aventura de habitación” con mis cuatro bolsillos :)

Hotel moderno con excelente ubicación. Situado En berna antes de ingresar a los puentes de ingreso. Tiene un estacionamiento amplio q se paga aparte pero te dan los ticket para moverte gratis x la ciudad. Ubicado al lado de rosengarden podes ir a tomar algo y tener las mejores vistas de la ciudad. Hoteles en Buena Conducta, el tren de 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad. La recepción siempre es tan fría que es bueno para resolver los problemas o en el momento oportuno. Envía billetes de un día a la ciudad de Bernie para resolver los gastos de transporte de la visita. El hotel está conectado con el centro comercial, y no hay problema de comer. También hay un enorme proyecto de piscina que puede utilizarse gratis.
