離火車站很近，走路就到，有24小時前台，因為火車晚點，到酒店都半夜12點多了。 房間很小，但照顧到方方面面，房間裏雨傘，前台可以借雙肩包。 一進門床上放了兩塊巧克力。

スイス国内かつ駅前を考えると格安かつコスパ最高なホテル。部屋は清潔で水回りも使いやすかった。 何か壊れてるとか不便とかはないです。 また、無料のお水もあり助かりました。

事前にホテル代、観光税を支払ったにもかかわらず、請求されるところがありました。ホテル代は支払わなくて済みましたが、観光税は支払いました。数分後、フロントから連絡があり、ホテル税も事前に支払っていたとのことで、返金がありました。

酒店服務員態度親切常面帶笑容，房間整齊清潔，房間垃圾桶很大非常方便，交通方便酒店距離火車站只需行6分鐘。

瑞士物價本就高的狀況下，這酒店顯得性價比非常高，離車站走路也就5分鐘，離old town 也就6-7分鐘。酒店早餐好吃！種類也挺多，還有新鮮現榨的果汁

La habitación es individual, para uso individual, pero para DOS personas. Un hueco de unos 40 cm para dos para dejar la ropa, no llega ni a armario. La ducha es el suelo del baño, por lo que ducharse es ir a la piscina. La pared del baño de cristal, perfecta para levantarse de noche y molestar con la luz Esta habitacion es un desastre. Mas de 1700 euros 6 noches y no podemos ni abrir la maleta y menos ya sentarnos. Eso si, el personal muy agradable.

What a lovely hotel. Conveniently situated close to the railway station , this spotless hotel has recently been renovated During my stay, some works were still being done on the air conditioning but there was no disturbance. My room, double but for single use, was spacious with a huge bathroom. There is not much storage and the window doesn’t open, but there is a lot of light and it comes with nice amenities: a yoga mat, an umbrella, a backpack, a re-usable water bottle. To be mentioned is the delicious buffet breakfast, with a choice of cheeses, vegan and regular yogurts, different breads, pastries, fruits, cereals, eggs, even fresh waffles. A real treat I will certainly come back!

Excellent hotel in Bern, close to the train station and close to the main atractions, lovely breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent bath products Rituals brand, nice staff ready to help you with everything that you need. Lovely tea welcome. I recommand this hotel, thank you for the nice experience in your hotel

This hotel is ideal for a long weekend or business trip, located as it is within easy walking distance from the station and close to a bus stop from where you can visit all you want to see of this lovely historic capital of Switzerland. The hotel bedrooms are on the small side and basically furnished, but they are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent - the best I have enjoyed in hotels across Switzerland - and the breakfast room is spacious. Above all the personnel were friendly and helpful - when the train network broke down on the day of my departure they allowed me to return to my room to rest!

This is a really quiet and clean hotel close to Bern station, only 5 minutes away. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast is really good. It is a short walk to the centre of Bern where you can see the beauty of this city.
