the hotel is fantastic, very nice room and great service. We used the smoking lounge with very nice cocktails. Will definitely go back. Location is just across the street from main train station and parking, within the old town.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

The hotel is at a very good location for visitors. And the hotel itself is very beautiful. Great staff

They freez (1500 CHF) from my credit card until now for no reason.

Por parte de ******* creo que no son correctos respecto al precio. Yo reservé con el precio de la pagina y cuando recibi la factura de mi estadia, cada dia tenia diferente precio y todos mas altos de lo reservado. Fue una sorpresa no agradable

El personal fué muy amable e inclusive me prestaron un adaptador para cargar mi teléfono. La limpieza ok y la ubicación muy buena. La cama HORRIBLE. Colchón y almohadas EXTREMADAMENTE suaves .

It is truly a 5 star hotel. It is beautiful. The room a bit small but expected in Europe but the bathroom was huge, and I loved that! We loved our check in person his name was Gabriel from Argentina. He was so lovely and helped us out a lot on things to do around the area. Location was great!

Located just outside the Zurich station. House keeping was very good. Front desk staff not so friendly or knowledgeable.

Strong recommendation not to book this hotel if you anticipate hot, muggy weather, . Hello! climate change in Switzerland.! This hotel does not deserve five stars as it does not have air-conditioning. It is unrealistic in today’s climate environment to not have air-conditioning at a five star hotel. I was told there was climate control. all it meant was to cool the room was to turn off the heating -.that’s not the same as cooling. So it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. furthermore I found inflexibility when I tried to change my reservation because of the difficulty of sleeping. Obviously the hotel comes first and the guest second .
