Excelente ubicación. Habría que mejorar la luz en el baño. Destacamos la amabilidad, respeto y amor por lo que hace de Michele quien es una encantadora persona que hace de los desayunos un momento maravilloso! Matera y Michele quedaron en nuestros corazones.

Estupendo hotel. Habitaciones excavadas en la piedra. Muy cómodas y elegantes. Sin lugar a dudas un hotel muy recomendable para ver Matera. Personal muy profesional p, especialmente Michele que nos recibió con tanta amabilidad y organiza los desayunos de una forma impecable. Para repetir.

A unique lodging experience and a 5 star restaurant, that I truly recommend in the amazing Matera. If you are visiting Puglia the Matera detour is a must and Casa di Lucio is the way to stay in Matera in is unique environment The comfortable Sassi, the excellent breakfast and the diner at the hotel restaurant a must try

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They helped book transfers and restaurant reservations. The room was comfortable and included many amenities. The breakfast was really good. Overall, the hotel made our stay in Matera enjoyable and I would recommend.

Different room in partner hotel ! Before arrival, there were issues with reservations, not of our making. To fix things we were transferred to the Tower in the Saint Angelo. An amazing room on 2 levels in an old castle tower in the same part of town. At no extra cost. The steps are steep from ground to first floor. Facilities on both levels. Service was excellent. Pick up arrangements from new town car park very efficient

We booked Casa di Lucio, a Matera favourite of mine, which is gorgeous both locationwise and for amazing Regia Corte breakfast, but as a bonus we were upgraded for free to their sister hotel, Sant’Angelo, which is even more utterly stunning. Our room (68) had such a breathtaking terrace view over Sassi Caveoso and the canyon, and the beautiful church of San Pietro Caveoso. At breakfast we were looked after wonderfully by such friendly and professional staff. Their names were Maristella and Antonio and we would like to thank them again for making our trip even more special. Recommend the French toast with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit at breakfast, it was heaven. Huge thank you to all.

Such a great place to stay. Staff were so friendly and kind. Michele who makes the breakfast is just the nicest guy and so helpful. On top of it the breakfast was amazingly good and made from local ingredients. You are litterly staying in cave so it can be a bit dark.

Wow not only was Matera a place to see in itself but our stay was made so much more elevated at this beautiful hotel ! The rooms were amazing and the staff from the minute we arrived made us feel so welcomed and they were all smiles ! Love every place they suggested to eat and all the sites to see! Would go back again most definitely!
