Fui con mi pareja a descubrir esta bonita y espectacular ciudad. El hotel es de película , de hecho lo vimos posteriormente en una serie de Netflix. Fui recomendado por unos amigos que habían ido al Westin de NY y la verdad que el de Berlín no fue para nada una mala opción. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Se preocuparon de que no tuviéramos ninguna duda sobre el hotel. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El personal es totalmente amigable a todos - desde los empresarios en las habitaciones de desayuno justo a nosotros tipos de viajeros en nuestra flecha polar y REI pantalones de viaje:) El desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las habitaciones son increíbles. Tubo completo, ducha grande, espejos grandes, buena iluminación. Las toallas son L’Occitane. Hay un fabricante de café y pods. Las ubicacións son perfectas. Nos hemos dado una tonelada de caminar -y en caminar, vi muchos de los otros hoteles de Berlín que había considerado en mi investigación. Ninguno de los otros lugares es perfecto - especialmente para un primer turista a Berlín. Podríamos caminar a la Isla del Museo en menos de 10 minutos. 10 minutos a la La puerta de Brandenburg. 10 minutos a la zona de Checkpoint Charlie. No puedo felicitar al Regent suficiente. Es uno de esos raros hoteles que acaban de hacerlo bien para nosotros.

TLDR: The Hotel Luc met minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, but its management failed to address a simple incident, ultimately impacting a very meaningful trip, during which I got engaged. When planning my recent trip to Berlin, I debated between Hotel Luc and the Westin, ultimately choosing the former. Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Luc has left me regretting this decision. A luxury boutique hotel should excel in room decor, cleanliness, accessible amenities, and courteous staff. However, what truly sets a luxury hotel apart is its management's ability to provide tailored service to guests in handling incidents or requests. So what happened? I got engaged on this trip and wanted to capture the moment in photos around Berlin. Excitedly putting on my favorite cotton dress shirt, I used the hotel iron on the cotton setting. Shockingly, the iron burned huge hole in my shirt, turning the fabric into plastic that stuck to the iron. Immediately, I reported the incident to the front desk, who directed me to email the manager. The manager’s response: “I am very sorry that your shirt apparently could not withstand the heat of the iron and was irreparably damaged. However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a refund/ reimbur*****t for this. The use of irons in the room is at your own risk and we are not liable in this case. As it concerns the rear collar area, I hope that you will receive goodwill from the manufacturer by explaining the situation and explicitly pointing out that you have only selected the lowest ironing heat - this may change the liability towards the manufacturer.” In summary, the hotel manager: - Refuses to admit the iron was faulty - Denied any liability - Shifted blame to the clothing manufacturer (Bonobos) - Suggests that I should lie to the clothing manufacturer about the iron setting Upon returning to the US, I filed a complaint with Marriott, which accidentally directed my complaint to the wrong hotel (Moxy). Despite the error, Moxy, an international Marriott brand, promptly offered reimbur*****t, no questions asked. When I corrected the mistake and told them it was the Hotel Luc that was liable, the Hotel Luc manager continued to deny responsibility. A few takeaways from this: - Stay at a larger international brand when traveling abroad for better support - The Hotel Luc failed to address common incident, refusing accountability, while an international brand quickly addressed the issue While the Hotel Luc met my minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, its management’s failure to address a simple request ultimately impacted a very meaningful trip.

Personal muy amable y útil. Habitaciones en la calle, desgraciadamente algo ruido. Atmósfera tranquila en el hotel. Lindo bienestar / Spa (Hamam) área. Desayuno variado, fresco y saboroso. Servicio previo. Desafortunadamente, el espacio es un poco oscuro.

I loved this hotel although it is a bit pricey for me. This hotel has one of the few opened pools in Germany and while it is small it was ample enough to do laps and to have a beer. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The concierges are top notch and very professional. I did have a problem with the hotel NOT finding my reservation but I had a copy in my computer so the problem was speedily fixed!! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would return again if I was ever in Berlin!! Overall a very good experience but still on the pricey side for me.,

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

¡La ubicación es perfecta! ¡La plaza Alexanderplatz está justo detrás del hotel! ¡Es conveniente ya que muchas atracciones turísticas están a poca distancia y hay muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales! Esta es la mejor opción si estás planeando un viaje corto. ¡La vista estaba muy abierta, así que no estaba congestionado y estaba satisfecho! ¡Lo recomiendo! Sin embargo, no hay nevera en la habitación... Puede ser más decepcionante si reservaste el hotel en verano. Y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El baño es de vidrio transparente, por lo que puede no ser adecuado para qued**** con la familia (hay una cortina, pero no puede cubrirlo todo). Si planeas quedarte en Berlín por un largo período de tiempo y no viajas con una familia del mismo sexo, es posible que debas pensarlo. Sin embargo, debido a que la ubicación es tan perfecta, ¡este hotel se recomienda para viajeros de corta duración!

Hotel bueno, me sorprendió lo grande que era, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que tenia un problema con la calefacción y era excesivo el calor que se sentía en la habitación, esto teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos en primavera y los días eran calurosos, la solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, sin embargo sentía que la nueva habitación tenia el mismo problema aunque a esta al menos le funcionaba un poco el aire, lo mejor para controlar el calor de la habitación fue dejar cerradas las persiana exteriores para que no calentaran la habitación y dejar el aire a -5 con las ventanas abiertas, así se soluciono el problema, buena habitación, cama confortable, baño correcto, desayuno bueno sin ser excelente repetitivo no había nada diferente pero correcto. El personal habla ingles perfectamente ya que nuestro Alemán es bastante básico. La ubicación muy buena eso si en la parte oriental donde todo es mas aburrido a mi parecer. Volveríamos por la ubicación y por que para lo que ofrecen el precio es correcto.

Edificio de apartamentos en todo el centro de Berlin. muy bien comunicado a traves del metro y de los cercanias, con cualquier otro lugar de la ciudad. Se llega en cinco minutos desde la estacion del tren que te trae desde el aeropuerto. Los apartamentos estan muy cuidados y tienen de todo lo necesario para que puedas comer en ellos. No hacen limpieza nada mas que cada 3 días, si la quieres diaria, hay que pagarla.Respecto al servicio de recepcion, se quwedan algo cortos, no tienen mapas de la ciudad y cierran muy temprano durante los fines de semana, a las 6 de la tarde. En general son excelentes y volveria sin ninguna duda.

Hotel muy bien situado en pleno centro de Berlín a 150 m de la estación de friederichstrasse. Personal de recepción correcto, pero no simpático. Ocupamos el tipo de habitación más simple en una de las plantas intermedias del hotel. Tenía ampla cama doble y escritorio. La cama era cómoda , pero las almohadas no. La habitación tenía buena iluminación y calefacción. La decoración estaba un poco desfasada y pasada de moda. El baño era con bañera demasiado alta y con cortina en vez de mampara (es el primer hotel de esta categoria que sigue teniendo cortina en la bañera) escasos productos de aseo en el baño. En cuanto a instalaciones puse bastantes expectativas en la piscina y sauna que te la cobran a 5 euros dia cuando haces la reserva. Todo un poco anticuado, no se si las saunas se limpian adecuadamente. El baño turco no huele bien a menta como en otros spas. Respecto a los bares el checkpoint estaba animado por las noches. Aun así todo tiene aspecto de los años 80. NEcesita una reforma urgente a no ser que baje precios para competir con los grandes hoteles de alrededor como Meliá, NH, Eurostars...

Precioso hotel de 5 estrellas situado en pleno centro de Berlín, desde el que puedes ir a todos sitios andando (Puerta de Brandemburgo a 900 mts., por ejemplo). En mi opinión el hotel vive de su historía y hoy por hoy no es ni de lejos lo que fue. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Pero necesitan una reforma urgente. Algunas partes como los interiores de armario están decadentes y aunque limpios. Parecen sucios. En cuanto a servicio se recepción y conserjería...bastante mejorable. Nadie nos acompañó a la habitación ni nos explicó nada del hotel...una sola reserva que le pedimos al altivo y antipático conserje, la hizo mal...suerte que al ser dentro del hotel no hubo problema en soluciónalo con el restaurante directamente... El paquete de fin de año, carísimo para lo que es... muy decepcionante. En fin, visto! Pero no volveremos. La localización al lado de la puerta de Brandenburgo y del Parlamento es muy conveniente. Pero queda algo alejado del centro... la relación calidad precio al menos para fin de año...en mi opinión no es buena.

We stayed during Oct of 2021. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us at check in and it was a very nice room. The room was comfy and clean. We stayed for 3 days. The last day, we had an international flight in the afternoon. When we woke up, there was no water in the bathroom. So we called the front desk and we were told that there was an issue and they were fixing it. We asked when it would be fixed, the answer was they did not know. They told me that the issue was only on that floor (we were on the top floor) and other floors had water. We had to brush our teeth, shower and get ready, so we asked if we can use one of the empty rooms on the lower floor to get ready. We were told that nothing was available and when asked what they can do since we had to get ready for the flight, the answer was they cannot do anything. So I got dressed and walked to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was busy and he was working to fix the issue. The attitude of the front desk was, it is too bad we cannot provide water in your room and no, we will not do anything to help you. I got back to the room and we were trying to figure out what to do, then the water turned back on. In the end, we were able to get ready and catch the flight but the experience with the front desk makes me think twice before booking this hotel chain.

La principal queja fue la falta de atención y servicio del personal y la inexactitud/inclaridad de las fotos del apto. Mi petición se resolvió con una respuesta robótica y algo ruda, incluyendo que no podía hacerse esa noche (fina) y que tuvimos que pagar por anticipado, etc. No había ninguna solución que no leer la impresión fina. ”No hay garantías en la configuración de la cama” Adelante y adelante ”...esto no es la política” blah blah blah con 0 emoción o cuidado. Oh, y se preguntaron si queríamos un pañuelo para dormir en el sofá de 4 pies. Ok. Recibí una hoja y cuando pedí una galleta, tuve una galleta. De cualquier forma. Nuestro socio de viaje acaba de reservar un lugar separado. Te dan un contrato de 4 pg para firmar todo escrito en alemán. Esquecés. Las camas eran bajas y algo incómodas, Nos molestamos en quejarnos, sabíamos que no importaría. No se han dado instrucciones, no se han dado instrucciones sobre qué hacer con la toalla o el check out, excepto que se va a la 10, o se le ha cargado. Es un lugar muy agradable para los niños, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Cuando dejamos al tipo que estaba algo considerado nos preguntó cómo todo estaba ...I dijo ”viable”. Luego preguntó si había algunas lámparas.

We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.
