El hotel está muy bien ubicado, casi en la misma estación de Ostbahnhof pero está muy bien insonorizado y eso que mi habitación daba a la estación. La mayoría del personal es muy amable. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, yo fui en otoño y no pasé frío en ella. El desayuno estaba bien.

Está limpio y renovado, evocando un alojamiento en una estación de tren de la época de Alemania del Este. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, pero el desayuno era mediocre y el ruido del tren era tan fuerte que no podía abrir la ventana. No hay aire acondicionado, pero sí un ventilador grande. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la East Side Gallery.

Un registro rápido, personal muy agradable y servicial, habitaciones y baños muy limpios, habitaciones tranquilas en una zona muy concurrida. Estaba todo lo especificado y todo funcionó muy bien. Camas y almohadas/mantas cómodas. El desayuno disponible a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana también es muy, muy bueno. Me encantaría volver. Arriba.

This was my second stay in six months, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel’s location at Ostbahnhof is excellent — with S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, and buses all right at your doorstep, getting anywhere in the city is effortless. I also really appreciated the public transportation pass provided by the hotel, which made moving around Berlin extremely convenient and stress-free throughout my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay , friendly staff and great location, basic room but suited us great. Free travel during our stay which was a bonus. no kettle in the room, But overall a great hotel and good value for money. Holzmarkt is a must visit and a very short walk away and the hotel is close to a nice park with beautiful water features. The train station is next door and only 20 minutes direct to Berlin airport. 24 hour mc Donald’s next door meaning you can get a hot drink any time. Great Italian restaurant near by Terrazza Portofino very good value for fresh food and fantastic customer service.

I was scared by assistant.Maybe they need more training about service. And l even has several days fordreams. But the hotel is very quiet，if you have strict requirements for sleep environments，it will be a good choice. The breakfast is simple，there is not too much choice while it can meet your basic need. As.for the trafic，it's well. the hotel is next to the metro station and bus station. it's very convenient. And around the hotel，on the way to subway station，there is a samll shopping center which includes market subway and coffee bread shop.

A hotel near the train station, a room overlooking the station concourse. With the window open, it was terribly noisy. Another reservation at this hotel was canceled a few days before arrival without any explanation! I don't recommend it; the phone staff barely speaks English.
