For a hotel in this price tier, the service was surprisingly rigid. Instead of being accommodating and finding guest-friendly solutions, they rely heavily on strict policies. As a side note, it was also annoying to be charged a high City Tax on site that wasn't transparently communicated during the booking process. Overall, not recommended for the price

Good location, nice room , clean , safe . Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel! It is very beautiful inside . The bedroom was spacious even though it was described as a petite room. The breakfast was fantastic , its great you can order omelette or eggs from the menu which are made just for you. They also have a good coffe . Hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was nice that they provide lots of products under the shower and the room fridge was also filled to perfection. I will come back .

Music too loud at night, can’t sleep, we have three rooms in different floor, all hear loud music at the hotel bar/disco at night. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the one. Also, they don’t give you complementary all the time.

Great hotel, great staff, good gym. Just a shame the music goes into the night quite loud into the 1st floor room.

Location was on one of the most happening shopping districts of Berlin . Very good staff , room and hotel

Wow- what a spectacular hotel. A perfect position and pure luxury. Book it, you’ll not be disappointed. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now when visiting Berlin.

位置對購物很友好，酒店外面很多商場什麼的，還有一家小龍坎火鍋（味道很一般），但是前台和工作人員給我一種居高臨下的感覺，不親切，可能衹適合有錢人去住
