La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de varios puntos turísticos. Se puede recorrer toda la zona céntrica (Mitte) a pie sin problemas. Llegar al hotel también fue fácil desde la estación Postdamer Platz. Con respecto a la habitación, si bien era chica, estaba impecable. El servicio de limpieza de todos los días también fue muy bueno. El hotel además cuenta con una terraza y un bar bajo techo, todo en el piso 3 (que es el más bajo). Debajo del hotel se encuentra el Berlin Mall que tiene muchísimo movimiento durante los fines de semana, sin embargo, en la habitación no había ruido.

Excellent central hotel next to public transport links and a short distance to historical sites. Friendly and professional staff Compact and well appointed rooms that were refreshed everyday. I didn’t eat at the hotel however the lounge bar of an evening was very pleasant

Nice hotel in a great location to public transportation and the hop on hop off bus. Breakfast was not robust but had deli meats and breads, fruit and granola. Vegan spreads and alternative milks available. Staff are nice. Stayed on 3rd floor where dining is located but no bother with noise since I was down the hall. Water gets hot and shower pressure is great. Comfortable stay right by the mall (though closed NYE weekend!)

Super modern looking hotel with the typical Motel One blue theme. Kind of MCM design, but more modern. Super close to the Brandenburger. Gate and the Jewish Memorial. The U ubahn is a block away. Nice place.

First the good things. Very good location with excellent transport links and a very good selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and bathroom easy to use.
However, the room layout was terrible. There were no space beside the bed to put anything, no safe and no in-room refreshments. We've stayed in Motel-One in the UK and been very happy. The German version was a disappointment both here and in Leipzig. We would not choose German Motel-One again (although very happy with the UK version)

Modern up-to-date hotel in a central place. Room for one had double bed, wifi, USB charging, TV as well as all the usual facilities and complementaries. No water or tea / coffee making in room, but available from Lounge Bar at a cost. Room was small but fine for 1 person, it would have been a challenge for 2. Buffet breakfast, although plentiful, was expensive at 15.90 Euros and only had boiled eggs as hot food. We used the adjoining Lounge each night for a drink and it was quiet with few people, though we did retire early. There is a patio and large garden outside the Lounge with loungers which, had the weather been good, would have been lovely to sit out in. Generally in good condition throughout, except for the chairs in the reception area which are grimey and stained. Staff could have been friendlier, but spoke good English which was helpful. This is next to a large shopping mall (Mall of Berlin) where there are many franchise eateries and stores, and it is near to Potsdamer Platz S-bahn, U-bahn and bus routes. A taxi from the Hauptbahnhof (main station) to the hotel cost about 35 Euros. I would definitely use this hotel again.

A small room, without a closet, without a safe and refrigerator, carpets from wall to wall - not recommended for those allergic to dust. Location right inside the Berlin Mall. The trip to the airport involves changing trains at least once.

The location of the hotel is good as it’s close to Potsdam Platz train station, so it’s easy to move around. The hotel is connected to the Mall of Berlin so there are many options to eat and shop around. The staff are polite and friendly and rooms are clean. We took the comfort double room. Things to improve 1. While the rooms are bit small for this price, more space could be created if they redesigned with better space utilisation in mind. 2. The rooms is very basic with no kettle for hot water, tea coffee etc. This is most basic amenity in any hotel for this price. You need to go to the restaurant every time to buy a cup of coffee or tea. 3. No dustbin the room (only in bathroom). Overall it’s a good hotel if you are here for a short stay and on a budget.
