El hotel es, como mucho, normalito. Las puertas de entrada estaban destrozadas y el desayuno costaba 20 euros por persona y noche. La ubicación es ideal para quienes vienen en coche, ya que tiene aparcamiento gratuito y una estación de metro justo enfrente. Las habitaciones eran estándar, pero con un aire acondicionado estupendo.

Great stay, great value for money. Service was very good. Amenities were basic but good considering price. It is a little far from the city centre but very near a train station.

Food selection for breakfast is scant. With 19 euro breakfast, you should expect a breakfast buffet. I think the management doesnt care at all. Good luck with your business. The place is good but what drags you is the coldness of your services. Your reception is condescending, your food is cheap.

Good Hotel

It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm. Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid. If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

房間非常乾淨，雖然距離有點遠，但買了公交卡的話也比較方便。附近感覺像富人住宅區，天黑回去或白天早起也沒有奇怪的人，還有一些超市。很喜歡這個酒店！

Für ein Ehemaligentreffen wurde ein Restaurant in der Siemensstadt reserviert. Daher lag es nahe, dass wir in der Nähe ein Hotel suchten und bei diesem Hotel fündig wurden, das nur 5 Straßen entfernt vom Treffpunkt lag. Die Buchung über Trivago/Trip.com verlief problemlos, der Preis für ein Doppelzimmer war angemessen, das Zimmer klein aber sauber, nur das Badezimmer roch etwas streng auch ohne Benutzung, da die Entlüftung offenbar nicht so gut funktionierte. Aber ansonsten war nichts Nachteiliges oder Besonderes zu erwähnen. In der Straße gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, aber leider unter Bäumen, unter denen das Auto über Nacht ganz klebrig zugetropft wurde. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag gleich in eine Waschstraße fahren, was den Hotelpreis etwas erhöhte (+16 EUR). Man kann dieses Hotel buchen, wenn mann die periphäre Lage in der Siemensstadt unbedingt haben möchte. Da gleich um die Ecke die U-Bahnstation ist, kommt man sicherlich auch ganz gut in die Innenstadt.
