Excellent stay, large and luxurious bathrooms. Area is ok, in the central business area, well connected via tube but not in the thick of the action, not a criticism more to note. Very friendly staff

Room very average and has an old , musty smell. Fridge was broken also which contributes to the smell. Informed the reception to take a look and fix if necessary. When we came back, they said they managed to fix. Back to the room, still not working. Not the kind of service or compensation you would expect for a prestigious brand

Very good hotel, rooms a little bit old. The bed is very comfortable, not every night they come to clean for the second time. Staff is nice.

這次在柏林麗思卡爾頓的入住體驗非常令人失望,與一家五星級酒店應有的水準相差甚遠。 首先,雖然酒店在官網上寫明是“寵物友好”,我在預訂前也通過郵件確認過可以攜帶貓咪入住,並且曾看到有其他住客也帶貓來過,但在我們貓咪不小心在床上拉了便便後,前來處理的女員工態度非常冷漠,甚至直接説“酒店不允許帶貓”。這完全與我們之前收到的確認訊息矛盾。她的語氣和態度讓我感到被指責,毫無尊重可言。而隨後來清潔的男員工也表現出強烈的不耐煩和嫌棄,整個過程讓我們非常不舒服。作為顧客,我們已經盡力處理了問題並主動告知,卻得到了這樣的迴應,實在令人難以接受。 其次,服務方面多次出現嚴重問題: • 我們夜間通過網上系統下單了食物,系統顯示下單成功,但最後根本沒有人送來,我們為了等待餐食熬夜,結果衹能餓着肚子睡覺,沒有任何人提前通知訂單被取消或者出錯。 • 有一次我們打電話要毛巾,對方承諾“馬上送來”,但實際我們等了將近20分鐘。這雖然聽上去時間不長,但我們不得不因此滯留房間,耽誤了接下來的行程,體驗非常不便。 • 入住第一天房間內提供了一個復活節主題的巧克力甜點,我們當時並沒有吃完,因為含有奶油,也不適合自行處理。結果直到我們退房,這塊甜點始終沒有被清理掉。房間的垃圾桶是敞口的,即便我們嘗試丟進去,也很容易被貓碰到。結果貓咪真的吃到了已經放了幾天的奶油,導致拉肚子。這不僅讓我們非常擔心貓咪的健康,也説明瞭清潔工作不到位。 此外,整體的房間環境和服務流程也不如預期,體驗更像是一家缺乏系統管理的普通酒店,而不是一家國際頂級品牌。唯一值得肯定的是門衞團隊,他們始終熱情、禮貌,是整個住宿過程中少有的亮點。 我們選擇麗思卡爾頓是因為對其品牌的信任,但這次經歷完全打破了我們的期待,未來恐怕不會再考慮入住這家酒店。

丽思卡尔頓每次都不让我失望。酒店位于波茨坦广场门口,交通便利,車站下面有一个东方中國超市,买东西很方便,去犹太人紀念牌和勃兰登堡门步行几分钟。酒店设施健身房健身器材很棒。酒店早餐非常值得,水果品质和种类都超赞,其他也很好。房间设施一流,只是马桶与淋浴房一起,洗澡后注意擦乾地面,否則容易摔倒。

我們在這裏住了7晚,第一個房間電話是壞掉的,窗台和牀頭櫃都是薄薄的灰,後面前台給我們換了個房間,住了一週 沒有一天是睡的好的,至於服務衹有前台和門僮是好的,其他服務很差,早餐不新鮮,經常缺食物,服務也不好,最可笑的是最後一晚,服務員打掃時在我們不知情的情況下設定的房間鬧鐘⏰,一大早就被叫醒,內心無數個*****。 還有我們房間叫餐,等了一個小時還沒有到,德國人***真的太慢了。根本不值這個價錢和五星。

地理位置極其優越,位於柏林的市中心波茨坦廣場,所以安全係數非常高(不像東柏林等地方很亂),一人遊!強推此地;步行保存成功能到柏林愛樂廳,勃蘭登堡門和柏林電影博物館等著名景點。 房間面積超大,40m²起步,推薦景觀大床房,窗户正對主街,風景採光都很好。早餐質量非常不錯!
