First and foremost we found bedbugs in our room. At first the hotel handled this good and gave us a new room, but our clothes had to be put in the freezer to get rid og the pests (mind you, one of my roommates is deathly allergic so this whole ordeal is horrible in itself). Since all our clothes were in the freezer, the staff said we could go buy clothes on the hotels bill and we could get it refunded. This however never happened, we found the bug in the middle of the night and the next day they said they could not refund us for any clothes but just medicine. Which is outrageous because they told us we had to buy clothes. We only got maybe 1/4 of the bill refunded after many days of having to talk to the staff and they were rude and manipulative, trying to seem like the vicitms and saying the didn’t fins bedbugs and that is was only a mosquito we found, but i will put a picture below so you can see for yourself. We also had a lot of other problems like: non working key-cards, not clean bathroom, the power randomly going out and a shower that sounded like blitzkrieg had started again. I will never return to this hotel, bad staff. Thank you.
