Todo el sistema es por email, clave del edificio, clave de la habitación, etc. Nunca vas a ver a un administrador, por lo tanto lo hace un sistema muy eficiente. La habitación fantástica, sin embargo la ducha del baño no tiene separación, por lo tanto al ducharse se moja el baño y queda mojado por todo el día. Recomiendo poner una separación de la ducha con el resto del baño o dejar algún implemento que pueda sacar el agua hacia el desagüe del baño. Muy bien ubicada al lado del S y U, supermercado abajo del edificio y puedes cocinar. Te dejan cápsulas de café, pero solo para el primer día, no la reponen para los otros días de estadía.

Hemos estado en pareja para una carrera de baile. Parece fuera de mano pero con dos paradas cerca del metro y una de la estación. Al llegar el cheque automático parece una cosa muy fría porque no encuentra personal para acogerlos, pero la mañana hay para el desayuno y son amables y disponibles. Consejo especialmente para la limpieza

A pesar de que se le tarda unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de la cabina, el servicio de apoyo a los empleados y las grandes condiciones de la habitación sigue proporcionando una gran experiencia de vida en este hotel!

Nos alojamos en este hotel para una estancia de fin de semana. La ubicación es buena y fácil de encontrar, muy cerca de Alexanderplatz. La habitación asignada era cómoda, aunque la insonorización de las ventanas se podría mejorar. Un desayuno muy completo y bueno, si bien se echó en falta algo de bollería tipo croissants. Los empleados muy amables y atentos.

Este moderno hotel es muy recomendable en todos los sentidos. Destaca especialmente el excelente desayuno bufé y la división de la zona de desayuno en salas más pequeñas. El servicio siempre fue servicial y servicial. La ubicación del hotel en una calle lateral agradablemente tranquila pero a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad es insuperable. ¡Volveremos!

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no era muy agradable. Pagamos el impuesto turístico y tuvimos una habitación clave para nuestra habitación. Pagamos en línea alrededor de 80 Euro por noche y tuvimos una habitación con tres camas en la parte de atrás. La habitación era limpia y sencilla. Un escritorio con TV de pantalla grande, una ducha con un baño y una lavadora. La ducha estaba bien, pero no nos gustaban las cortinas de ducha. También el agua sería caliente durante unos cinco minutos pero no nos molestó. Limpieza diaria con nuevos ropa interior y toallas. La mañana puedes tener desayuno pero tienes que pagar por ello. El hotel está situado en el centro de Berlín, cerca de la Kurfurstenstrasse y la Dam.

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.

I chose this hotel as I was touring Berlin with a friend for a few days, but he was arriving a couple of days later than me. This proved to be a great option in terms of budget, distance from the city centre and proximity to public transport. Once you come up the steps from the U-Bahn at Siemenssdamm, it’s immediately to your right. The member of staff in the reception was warm and friendly and spoke very good English as my German is not very good after studying it a little at school 25 years ago. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. It was too warm for me, and turning the air con down didn’t help, but the window opens very wide. The bathroom also had a bath which was a bonus. The bed is firm which I really enjoyed, but I appreciate that won’t be to everyone’s liking. I’m sure I requested the room not to be serviced but the maid had been in every day. I didn’t use the TV but the Wi-Fi was a little patchy and slow at times. There is plenty of plug sockets including one near the bed. There was a soft light on the floor lamp and a desk lamp which was great. I had the buffet breakfast one morning, which had a great and varied selection of hot and cold food, this included cereals, bread, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh juice, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket across the road open till 10 pm, which was handy to get food for dinner. Yeah, it is quiet, and felt safe. I couldn’t hear any noise from any adjacent rooms. If I’m visiting Berlin in the future on my own, I will probably stay here again.

Es bueno que ahora hay el IntercityHotel junto al Steigenberger en el terminal 1/2 del BER. Se abrió a mediados de enero de 2023. Las habitaciones son modernas, prácticas y elegantes, como los hoteles Intercity más nuevos o renovados. El personal es muy amable y comprometido, algunos procesos deben seguir jugando para un nuevo equipo. En pocos minutos a pie, se encuentra en el terminal de entrada, así como en la estación de trenes del aeropuerto con transporte a distancia, regional y ferrocarril. El desayuno se da a partir de las 6:00 horas, la luz se da en el restaurante, hay una variedad de desayunos. Después de mi estancia en el pasillo de la colina, el IntercityHotel Airport BER es recomendable. Espero que los huéspedes no lo confundan con el IntercityHotel en la estación de tren Schönefeld, la designación de los dos hoteles no es tan maravilloso.
